Անի Սանոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Խոսքն, անկասկած, վերաբերում է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների (ՏՏ) ոլորտին, որը դեռ 15 տարի առաջ ճանաչվել է ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման գերակա ուղղություններից մեկը: Հաջորդ` 2001թ. ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց ՏՏ արդյունաբերության զարգացման հայեցակարգին, 2008- ին` ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացման հայեցակարգին, 2010- ին` էլեկտրոնային հասարակության ձևավորման հայեցակարգին: Իսկ այս ամենից առաջ` ՀՀ նախագահի 2001թ. հուլիսի 20- ի հրամանագրով ստեղծվել էր ՏՏ զարգացմանն աջակցող խորհուրդը, որի նախագահը ՀՀ վարչապետն է:
ՏՏ ոլորտի սկսնակ ընկերությունների ձևավորումը և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը խթանելու նպատակով 2014թ. ընդունվել և 2015- ից հաջողությամբ գործում է «ՏՏ ոլորտի պետական աջակցության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, որով նոր ստեղծվող, սկսնակ հավաստագրված տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին տրամադրվում են հարկային արտոնություններ:
Եվ ահա կառավարությունն իր ս.թ. հունվարի 20- ի նիստում հաստատեց ոլորտի խթանման ծառայությունների 2016թ. ծրագիրը և դրա կատարումն ապահովող միջոցառումների իրականացման ժամանակացույցը: 2016թ. ծրագրի համար հատկացվեց ավելի քան 98 մլն դրամ, որով աջակցություն կստանան տեղեկատվական և գիտելիքի վրա հիմնված առաջադեմ հասարակության և զարգացած ու համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաները:
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է իրականացնել հետևյալ միջոցառումները.
-Հայաստանի ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացում և խթանում Հայաստանում և արտերկրում, հետազոտություն, հասարակական իրազեկում,
-միջազգային համագործակցություն,
-ՏՏ զարգացմանն աջակցող խորհրդի քարտուղարության գործունեության ապահովում:
Ծրագրի իրականացումից ակնկալվում են հետևյալ արդյունքները`
-ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացման միտումների վերլուծությունն ու մարտահրավերների ուսումնասիրությունը,
-ոլորտում հաջողության հասած երկրների ու միջազգային կառույցների փորձի ներդրումը,
-հայ- հնդկական ուսումնական կենտրոնի բնականոն գործունեության ապահովումը, «Մայքրոսոֆթ», «ԱյԲիԷմ» և այլ վերազգային ընկերությունների հետ համագործակցության զարգացումը և համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը և այլն:
