SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ մայիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 19։15-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության  քրեական ոստիկանությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել որ Մասիսում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ։ Մասիս են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության ծառայողները ու տեղում պարզվել է որ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։

Պարզվել է որ  ժամը 19։10-ի սահմաններում Մասիս քաղաքի Հերացու փողոցի 26/21 հասցեի դիմաց միմյանց հանդիպակաց երթևեկել են «ՎԱԶ 2112», «Chevrolet Volt» և «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որից հետո «Նիվա»-ից և «Opel»-ից իջել են մի խումբ անձինք և խուլիգանություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով  հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնելով՝  նախապես իրենց հետ վերցված փայտերով և մահակներով մի քանի անգամ հարվածլ են «Chevrolet Volt»-ի ուղևորներին, որի ընթացքում  ատրճանակից արձակվել են կրակոցներ:

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել նաև  ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահի գլխավորությամբ, ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի խումբը։ Դեպքի փաստով Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի և 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ոստիկանների ու քննիչների ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «ՎԱԶ 2112» ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Տիգրան Մ․-ն է, «Opel»-ի վարորդը՝ Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Հրանտ Գ․-ն, իսկ վերջիններիս ուղևորներն են Արագածոտնի մարզի բնակիչներ 28-ամյա Մկրտիչ Դ․-ն, 26-ամյա Արմեն Թ․-ն, 21-ամյա Շանթ Ղ․-ն, 23-ամյա Քերոբ  Ղ․-ն, 23-ամյա Համբարձում Գ․-ն և 24-ամյա Էմին Գ․-ն, ովքեր մայիսի 11-ին ժամը 19։10-ի սահմաններում  Մասիս քաղաքի Հերացու փ. 26/1 հասցեի դիմաց անձնական հարցի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ փայտերով և մահակներով հարվածներ են հասցրել «Chevrolet Volt» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Շավարշ  Դ․-ին, ով էլ իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակից  կրակոցներ է արձակել: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ փորձագետի կողմից հայտնաբերվել է մի քանի հատ 9մմ տրամաչափի կրակված  պարկուճ:

Ոստիկանները մայիսի 12-ին Տիգրան Մ․-ին հայտնաբերել ու  ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի ձերբակալվեծների պահման վայր: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության մյուս մասնակիցներին  և ատրճանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում.
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
