«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Այսօր Տավուշի սահմանազատման վերջնաժամկետն է՝ մայիսի 15-ը։ Ըստ պայմանավորվածության՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական կողմերը մինչեւ մայիսի 15-ը պետք է ստորագրեն սահմանազատման-սահմանագծման արձանագրությունը։ «Սահմանազատման գործընթացի սկզբնական փուլում Կողմերը նախնական համաձայնեցրել են սահմանագծի առանձին հատվածները, անմիջականորեն Բաղանիս (ՀՀ) - Բաղանիս Այրում (ԱՀ), Ոսկեպար (ՀՀ) - Աշաղը Ասկիպարա (ԱՀ), Կիրանց (ՀՀ) - Խեյրումլի (ԱՀ) եւ Բերքաբեր (ՀՀ) - Կըզըլ Հաջիլի (ԱՀ) բնակավայրերի միջեւ՝ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզման պահի դրությամբ գոյություն ունեցող իրավաբանորեն հիմնավորված միջհանրապետական սահմանին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով:
Որոշել են, որ սահմանագծի տվյալ հատվածների նկարագրությունը կազմվելու է՝ հաշվի առնելով գեոդեզիական չափումների արդյունքում կատարված կոորդինատների հստակեցումը, որը կձեւակերպվի համապատասխան Արձանագրություն-նկարագրությամբ, ինչը կստորագրվի մինչեւ 2024թ. մայիսի 15-ը»,- նշված է սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի հայտարարության մեջ։
Տավուշում սահմանազատման գործընթացը սառեցվեց նախորդ շաբաթ, երբ շարժումը Երեւան տեղափոխելու որոշում կայացվեց, այս օրերին վերսկսվել է։ Իշխանությունը «զադնի դրեց» ժամանակավորապես՝ հուսալով, որ կկասեցնեն շարժումը։ Միայն Կիրանցի դաշտավայրային մասերում սահմանային սյուներ դրեցին, մինչդեռ Փաշինյանը կիրանցեցիների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել էր, որ գյուղը կիսվելու է, կամուրջն անցնելու է ադրբեջանցիներին։
Կիրանցից մեզ ասացին, որ մնացել է 3 սյուն տեղադրել: Այսօր պարզ կդառնա՝ իշխանություններն ինչ են որոշել` ստորագրո՞ւմ են արձանագրությունը` առանց գյուղը կիսելու, թե՞ սյուները տեղադրելու են գյուղամիջում՝ կամրջից սկսած՝ կիսելով գյուղը»:
