Վերադառնանք չարաբաստիկ Եվրոասսոցացման թեմային, որովհետև աշխարհն՝ աշխարհով, իսկ էդ անտեր Ասսոցացումն ու առհասարակ՝ եվրոպամետություն կոչվածը շարունակվում է դդիտարկվել որպես բոլոր խնդիրների լուծում ու ճիշտ քաղաքակրթական ընտրություն մեր հասարակության որոշ շերտերի կողմից։ Ընդ որում, ուշագրավն այն է, որ եթե ընդհանուր ազգաբնակչության մեջ նման հայացքները փոքրամասնություն են կազմում, ապա քաղաքական իսթեբլիշմենթում ճիշտ հակառակ պատկերն է։

Մինչդեռ, մի հատ եկեք տեսնենք, թե ի՞նչ խեր ունեն էն երկրները, որոնք այնուամենայնիվ մտան էդ քյալլագի տակ ու առհասարակ, ինչի հանգեցին այն երկրները, ովքեր անձնուրաց սլանում էին, դեպի լուսավոր Եվրոպան։

Ժողովուրդ ջան, սարսափելի մի գաղտնիք բացեմ․ ոչ Վրաստանում, ոչ Մոլդովայում ասսոցացումը ոչ մի բեկումնային դրական արդյունք չտվեց։ Բացարձակապես ոչ մի։ Չհաշված վիզային ռեժիմի մեղմացումը, որն ըստ էության չի ունենալու ոչ մմի այլ արդյունք, քան այդ երկրներից արտագաղթի տեմպերի ավելացումը։ Ուկրաինային առհասարան ուզում են «քցեն»։ Էդ Ասսոցացման խաթեր, Ուկրաինան ինքն իրա հերն անիծեց, հիմա գտնվում է տեխնիկական դեֆոլտի նախաշեմին, եթե ոչ հենց դրանում և այս ամենը սկսվեց Ասսոցացման ստորագրումից հրաժարվելուց։ Հիմա էլ հայտնի է դառնում, որ օրինակ Նիդերլանդներում պատրաստվում են հանրաքվե անցկացնել, որի արդյունքում Նիդերլանդները կարող են վետո դնել Ուկրաինայի հետ Ասսոցացամն պայյմանագիր ստորագրելու որոշման վրա․․․

Սրանից իհարկե չի բխում, որ մեր մոտ ու Մաքսային Միությունում՝ առհասարակ, ամեն ինչ անամպ է ու լուսավոր։ Բնականաբար բոլորն են տուժում, քանի որ պատժամիջոցների ու Հայստանից ոչ պակաս ապաշնորհ տնտեսական քաղաքականության պատճառով ճկռել է ՌԴ-ի տնտեսությունը, որից կախված է ողջ հետխորհրդային տարածքի բարեկեցությունը, բայց դե ամեն դեպքում, ռեալ կյանքը ցույց է տալիս, որ հենց դա է կարևորագույն գործոն, ոչ թե Ասսոցացումն ու լուսավոր Եվրոպային ավելի հարմար դիրքով տրվելը։

Ու էս ամենի ֆոնին, մերոնք էլի քոմփլեմենթարիզմ են խաղացնում, ԵՄ-ի հետ նոր բանակցությունների փուլ են սկսում, ԵԽԽՎ-ի ապուշ հարթակում ապուշ բանաձևերի ընդունամն-չընդունման համար են պայքարում և այլն, փոխանակ ֆիքսվեն ավելի հեռանկարային ու ավելի իրատեսական այնպիսի հարցերի վրա, ինչպես ներքաղաքական կայունություն և ավելի առողջ տնտեսական քաղաքականություն վարելն է, ինչպես նաև Իրանի հետ ավելի սերտ համագործակցության իրական հեռանկարներ ստեղծելը։

Ո՞նց բացատրենք մերոնց, որ ինչքան էլ սիրուն են Փարիզը, Հռոմը, Քյոլնն ու Վիենան, դրանից չի բխում, որ իրանց հետ սիլիբիլիներից Երևանն էլ է Փարիզ դառնալու։ Ընդհակառակը, էդ քաղաքաները էդքան սիրուն են ու բարեկեցիկ, որովհետև 4 դար ա Հայաստանի պես հարիֆ պետություններին կթելով են զբաղված։
