Խնդրում ենք նկատի ունենալ, որ մենք չենք օգտագործում «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմինը։ Ռուսաստանը հանդես է գալիս ոչ թե որևէ կոնկրետ երթուղու ստեղծման, այլ Հարավային Կովկասում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ամբողջական ապաշրջափակման կողմնակից։ Հենց դա է անում 2021 թվականին Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների որոշմամբ ստեղծված Եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբը՝ երեք երկրների փոխվարչապետերի համատեղ նախագահությամբ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
Գալուզինի խոսքով, եռակողմ աշխատանքային խումբն իրականացրել է ռիթմիկ աշխատանք և հասել զգալի արդյունքների «Այսպիսով, 2023 թվականի հունիսին խմբի 12-րդ նիստում ընդհանուր փոխըմբռնում է ձեռք բերվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև երկաթուղային հաղորդակցության վերականգնման և կազմակերպման շուրջ։ Մենք գրեթե հասել ենք համապարփակ, հավասարակշռված համաձայնության։ Սակայն գործընթացը կանգ է առել, և դա մեր մեղքը չէ: Արևմտյան երկրների ճնշման ներքո Երևանը որոշեց սառեցնել եռակողմ համագործակցությունը նաև այս ուղղությամբ»,-ասել է նա:
ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ անհրաժեշտ են համարում հնարավորինս արագ վերսկսել եռակողմ աշխատանքային խմբի լիարժեք աշխատանքը՝ ոչ միայն Հարավային Կովկասի տրանսպորտային և կապի համակարգը ապաշրջափակելու, այլև տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղություն և բարգավաճում հաստատելու համար։
