Կիրանցում անորոշություն է. ի՞նչ է լինելու

Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Կիրանց գյուղում անորոշություն է։ Բնակիչները չգիտեն՝ արդյո՞ք, ապրիլի 19-ի համատեղ հայտարարության համաձայն, այսօր՝ մայիսի 15-ին, հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերը կստորագրեն սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման փաստաթուղթը, որը հաստատվել է փոխադարձ սյուների տեղադրմամբ։
Գյուղի բնակիչները MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասացին, որ հույս չունեն, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ստորագրի, քանի որ նրա և գյուղացիների հանդիպման ժամանակ հասկացել են, որ կառավարության ղեկավարի համոզմամբ՝ «այն փոփոխման ենթակա չէ»։
«Երբ ամբողջ գյուղով ըմբոստացանք, սյուների տեղադրման գործողությունը դադարեցվեց, բայց ոստիկանության ծառայողները դեռ հերթապահում են գյուղում։ Նախնական հրապարակված քարտեզով՝ կիրանցիների հողատարածքների մի մասն անցնում է Ադրբեջանին, և սա Հայաստանի շահերից չի բխում»,- ասաց գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը։
Կիրանցում ապրող 100 ընտանիքի մեծ մասը զբաղվում է հողագործությամբ։ Նրանք, չնայած հողի սեփականության վկայականներ ունեն, բայց սահմանազատման գործընթացից հետո կզրկվեն դրանից։
«Միայն հողատարածքները չեն, բնակելի տներն են, հասկանո՞ւմ եք, սահմանը կանցնի իմ տան միջով, այստեղ ապրելը ո՞նց եք պատկերացնում»,- ասաց երիտասարդներից մեկը` նշելով, որ խոսելու այլևս ո՛չ սիրտ կա, ո՛չ տրամադրություն, անորոշություն է։
Կիրանցեցիները զարմանում են, որ երկրի առաջնորդն ասում է, որ «եթե Կիրանցի դպրոցն ադրբեջանցիների համար երևալը խնդիր է, կարող ենք ծառ տնկել, պատ կառուցել»։
«Սա զինված ուժերի գերագույն հրամանատարի խոսո՞ւյթ ա, ո՞վ է այս դեպքում մնալու Կիրանցում, եթե ադրբեջանական մարտական դիրքերից դիտարկվում է դպրոցը։ Մենք չենք վստահում Ադրբեջանին, ո՛չ էլ գործող ղեկավարությանը»,- ասաց գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը։
Երեխաներ ունեցող մարդիկ մտածում են գյուղից գնալու մասին, քանի որ ոչ ոք, անգամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սահմանամերձ բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանը չեն երաշխավորել իրենց անվտանգությունը։
