Մեզ համար շատ էական պետք է լինի՝ ով է հրամանը տալիս զորքերի հետքաշման՝ մեր դիրքերից, սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցու բակում ասաց Բագրատ Սրբազանը։
«Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գլխավորությամբ ստեղծված հանձնաժողովն իրավունք չունի, իրավական ոչ մի հիմնավորում չունի։ Եվ որևէ արձանագրություն ստորագրելու նույնիսկ իրավունք չունի՝ վավերացնելու իմաստով։ Ոչ էլ կառավարության ղեկավարն իրավունք ունի։ Այդ որոշումը պետք է լինի գրավոր՝ կառավարության որոշում։ Ոչ էլ մեկ անձի։ Սա շատ կարևոր է, որ հասկանանք՝ այս կառավարությունն ամբողջությամբ այդպե՞ս է, թե՞ ոչ և երկրորդը՝ շարունակվու՞մ է այդ ապօրինի գործընթացը, թե՞ ոչ։
Եվ այս մարդիկ ոչ մի անգամ չասացին, որ սա հակասահմանադրական է, հակաօրինական է։ Տարածքների փոփոխության հետ կապված ցանկացած գործընթաց պետք է տեղի ունենա հանրաքվեով։ Այս բոլոր տարածքները ՀՀ սահմանների մեջ են ներգրավված, սա բացարձակ հանցագործություն է, որն ամեն գնով փորձում են թաքցնել։ Իրավունք չունենք տեղի տալու»,- ասաց Սրբազանը։
