Վահագն Չախալյանը և ևս 4 անձ ձերբակալվել են խուլիգանության կասկածանքով

Ոստիկանությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ. մայիսի 16-ին ՀՀ Կառավարության շենքի մոտ մի խումբ անձանց իրականացրած բողոքի ակցիայի ընթացքում դրա մի քանի մասնակիցների կողմից առերևույթ կատարվել է խուլիգանություն։
Մասնավորապես` մասնակիցներից մեկը, ով հանդիսանում է «Կամք» նախաձեռնության հիմնադիր Վ.Չ.-ն, չհամաձայնելով բողոքի ակցիան տվյալ տարածքում անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ քաղաքացիներից մեկի արտահայտած տեսակետին, վիճաբանել է վերջինիս հետ։ Ապա, հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից կամ իրավական, բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, անտեսելով տարածքում հասարակական կարգը պահպանող ոստիկանության ծառայողների ներկայությունը, համակեցության կանոնների ցուցադրաբար անտեսմամբ, Վ.Չ.-ն և նրա հետ ակցիայի մասնակից ևս մի քանի անձինք սկսել են քաշքշել նշված քաղաքացուն և հայհոյանքներ ու անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ հնչեցնել նրա հասցեին։
Նշված արարքները դադարել են միայն ոստիկանության ծառայողների միջամտության արդյունքում, և դեպքի վայրից ակցիայի 5 մասնակից տեղափոխվել է Ոստիկանության բաժին։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում, ՀՀ քրեական օերենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Որոշում է կայացվել՝ առերևույթ խմբի կազմում խուլիգանություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով Վ.Չ.-ին և մյուս 4 անձանց ձերբակալելու վերաբերյալ։
Դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվում են նախաքննությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
