ԱՄՆ անատամ պահվածքը Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ ավելի է սրում Ալիևի ախորժակը

Ամերիկացի հայտնի վերլուծաբան Մայքլ Ռուբինը խստորեն քննադատել է գործող նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմի դիվանագիտական ունակությունները՝ նշելով, որ Բաքուն միտումնավոր սրում է Վաշինգտոնի հետ հարաբերությունները, վիրավորում և դիվանագիտական էթիկետից դուրս քայլեր անում, իսկ Սպիտակ տան վարչակազմն ու պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը որևէ կերպ չեն արձագանքում Իլհամ Ալիևի այս լկտիացմանը։
Ռուբինը նշում է, որ դեռ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Էնդրյու Շոֆերի` Ադրբեջան այցի ժամանակ, Իլհամ Ալիևն ուղիղ եթերում ծաղրել էր ամերիկացի պաշտոնյային, հայտարարել, թե Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հզորությանը հաջողվեց հաղթել ամերիկյան դիվանագիտությանը, ապա և Շոֆերին հարցրել՝ «Ինչո՞ւ ես այստեղ եկել»։
Այս դրվագը, ըստ վերլուծաբանի` պետք է ազդակ լիներ պաշտոնը նոր ստանձնող Էնթոնի Բլինքենի համար: Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ նոր մոտեցում որդեգրելու և ավելի կոշտ քաղաքականություն վարելու փոխարեն Բլինքենը ավելի շատ է սողում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի առջև։ Նվաստացումների ցանկը կարելի է երկար շարունակել, երբ 2023 թվականի հունիսին Ադրբեջանցի դիպուկահարները թիրախավորեցին ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ Երասխ նախագիծը՝ կրակելով բանվորների ուղղությամբ, իսկ Բլինքենը և նրա ենթակա Սամանտա Փաուերը որևէ ծպտուն չհանեցին այս կապակցությամբ։
Ռուբինը նաև հիշեցնում է փոխպետքարտուղար Յուրի Քիմի Սենատում արած հայտարարությունը, թե ԱՄՆ-ն չի հանդուրժի Ադրբեջանի կողմից որևէ ռազմական հարձակում։ Ընդամենը օրեր անց, Ադրբեջանը հայաթափեց Արցախը, սպանեց մի քանի հարյուր մարդու՝ ամենևին ուշադրություն չդարձնելով Վաշինգտոնից հնչող զգուշացումների վրա։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանի՝ օրինակ Ֆրանսիան, հետ է կանչել Բաքվից իր դեսպանին, իսկ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ չեն ցանկանում նեղացնել Իլհամ Ալիևին։ Այստեղ իհարկե մեծ դեր ունի նաև նավթի և գազի գործոնը։
