Կիրանցում իրավիճակը գերլարված է, մարդիկ շտապում են այնտեղ։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ վեճ է տեղի ունեցել գյուղացիների եւ այնտեղ մեկնած պատգամավորների, նաեւ` լրագրողների միջեւ, կիզակետում եղել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Գեղամ Նազարյանը։ Ընդդիմադիրներից մեզ ասացին, որ ճանապարհ փակած գյուղացիներին Նազարյանն ասել է՝ անիմաստ է, ամեն ինչ վերջացած է` բացեք ճանապարհը, այդպես հարց չեք լուծելու, ինչից էլ սկսվել է։ Այս առնչությամբ զրուցեցինք Գեղամ Նազարյանի հետ։ «Ես այդպես չեմ ասել, ուղղակի մի քանի գյուղացիների հետ մասնավոր զրույցում ասել եմ, որ երանի ճանապարհ փակելով` կարողանայիք հարց լուծել։ Դրանով ուզել եմ ասել՝ ճանապարհ փակելով այս սահմանագիծը չի փոխվելու»։
Իսկ Դուք ի՞նչ եք առաջարկում, ի՞նչ անեն գյուղացիները, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց․ «Չգիտեմ, որ իմանայի կասեի՝ ինչ անեն, իրենց նման եկել, կանգնել եմ այստեղ։ Մարդիկ հիմա են հուսալքվելու, որ տեսնեն ճանապահ փակելով ոչ մի բան չի փոխվում։ Շատ հարցեր կան, ես իրոք ինձ անզոր եմ զգում»։
Նկարագրելով ներկա իրավիճակը Կիրանցում՝ Նազարյանն ասաց․ «Ստորագրել են, որ սահմանագծումը կայացած փաստ է, գյուղացիներն էլ վրդովվել են, ճանապարհը փակել են։ Պայմանավորվել են, որ 3 ամիս առկախված է մնալու։ Չափագրում չեն անում, անելու են 3 կամ 4 ամիս հետո»։
Մինչդեռ «Հրապարակ»-ի հետ զրույցում պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը եւ գնդապետ Միհրան Մախսուդյանն ասացին, որ այս պահին սահմանազատման հարցրեով հանձնաժողովը չափագրում է անում Կիրանցում, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Հայաստան-Վրաստան միջպետական ճանապարհի որոշ հատված, ինչպես նաեւ Կիրանց գյուղի առնվազն կեսը անցնելու է Ադրբեջանին։
