Այս պահին Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցու բակում ընթանում է Բագրատ Սրբազանի հանդիպումն իր համախոհների հետ։ հանդիպմանը ներկա է նաև իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:

Նա հանդես եկավ ելույթով՝ նշելով, թե պայքարի ընթացքում ինչ իրավական գործընթացներ են եղել։

Մելիքյանը, մասնավորապես, ասաց. «Համակարգ ենք ստեղծել Շարժմանն աջակցող փաստաբանների հետ․ երբ տեղեկություն ենք ստանում քաղաքացիներին բերման ենթարկելու մասին, անմիջապես կապ ենք հաստատում բաժնին մոտ գտնվող փաստաբանների հետ, որպեսզի հնարավորինս շուտ իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերեն։

Այս խնդիրը լուծել ենք, որպեսզի մարդիկ մենակ չլինեն ոստիկանության բաժիններում։ Սա ամենակարևորն է»:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս օրերին ակցիաների մասնակից 300-ից ավելի մարդկանց են բերման ենթարկել:

Այս պահին ձերբակալվածների խնդրին անդրադառնալով՝ փաստաբանը նշեց․ ««Ազատազէնի» տղաների հետ է փաստաբան Վարազդատ Հարությունյանը։ Ձերբակալված են Իշխան Գևորգյանը, Անդրանիկ Եղոյանը, Հրաչյա Թովմասյանը, Գարրի Ավագյանը և Հայկ Մեսրոպյանը՝ զենք կրելու կասկածով։ Աբսուրդային կասկած է, կասկածը հաստատված չէ։ 72 ժամը լրանալուց հետո տղաները պետք է ազատ արձակվեն»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նախօրեին ձերբակալված Վահագն Չախալյանին, Մինաս Նովշադյանին, Տարոն Դավթյանին, Միքայել Հովհաննիսյանին, Սերգեյ Ամիրխանյանին, ապա նրանց նկատմամբ սադրանք է իրականացվել։

Ակնհայտ սադրանք էր։ Դրա հետևանքով մարդիկ ձերբակալված են՝ 72-ժամյա ռեժիմով։ Այսօր Վահագն Չախալյանին մեղադրանք արդեն առաջադրվել է, մյուսներին՝ ոչ։ Հույս ունենք, որ կիրակի օրը մյուս տղաներն ազատության մեջ կլինեն։Ինչ վերաբերում է Չախալյանին, եթե նրան կալանավորելու որոշում կայացնեն, աջակիցների պակաս չի լինելու դատարանում»:
