Տավուշի մարզում, մասնավորապես, Կիրանցում սահմանազատման աշխատանքների հետ կապված իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ։ Ինչպես Կիրանցից տեղեկացնում են գործընթացը լուսաբանող լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչները՝ արդեն ընթանում են չափագրումներ և սահմանազատում, ինչի արդյունքում շատ բնակիչների տներ անցնելու են Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ։
Երևանում էլ շարունակվում են՝ Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Տեր Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի առաջնորդած՝ «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման շրջանակներում հանդիպումները հասարակական-քաղաքական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Շարունակվում են նաև բողոքի ակցիաները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականի պահանջով։
168.am-ը Նոյեմբերյանի համայնքապետ Արսեն Աղաբաբյանից փորձեց պարզել նրա վերաբերմունքը Տավուշի մարզում, մասնավորապես՝ Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանում իշխանության սկսած սահմանազատման գործընթացի առնչությամբ։
Արսեն Աղաբաբյանի խոսքով՝ Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանում, մասնավորապես՝ Ոսկեպարում գործընթացն ավարտվել է, այս պահին սահմանազատման աշխատանքները կատարվում են Կիրանցում։
«Ոսկեպարի հատվածում այդ աշխատանքները վաղուց ավարտել են, իսկ Կիրանցն Իջևան համայնքի կազմում է։
Այս ամբողջ գործընթացի վերաբերյալ մենք հայտարարություն ենք տարածել, հստակ ասել ենք՝ դեմ ենք միակողմանի զիջումներին և մենք չենք մասնակցում նման գործընթացի։ Այն, ինչը կատարվել է մեր տարածքում, հեռախոսային զրույց չէ, որ ասեմ, երբ այստեղ գաք, հավատացեք, ամեն ինչ մանրամասն կխոսենք»,- շեշտեց Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը։
Հարցին՝ իսկ ինչպե՞ս են ապահովելու Նոյեմբերյանի հատվածում անվտանգային խնդիրները, համայնքապետը պատասխանեց, որ կոնկրետ այս տարածքում անվտանգային խնդիրներ չկան։
Հաջորդ հարցին՝ այս գործընթացի արդյունքում, այդ տարածքները հանձնելու դիմաց հայկական կողմն ի՞նչ ստացավ, Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը պատասխանեց.
«Այս հարցերը դուք պետք է ուղղեք սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի նախագահին, այլ ոչ թե ինձ, նա պետք է ներկայացնի, թե այս գործընթացում ինչ է ստանալու հայկական կողմը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 23-ին Նոյեմբերյանի համայնքապետարանը պաշտոնական հայտարարություն էր տարածել՝ ահազանգելով, որ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Բաղանիս, Ոսկեպար գյուղերի տարածքում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման աշխատանքները պարունակում են ծայրահեղ վտանգավոր ռիսկեր։
«Մասնավորապես, նոր սահմանի առկայությունը համայնքի տարածքի կարևորագույն հատվածներ դարձնում է խոցելի, որն էական վտանգ է ներկայացնելու համայնքի բնակչության համար։ Մենք աջակցում ենք խաղաղության հաստատմանը, սակայն սահմանազատման այս գործընթացը փաստացի Հայաստանի կողմից միակողմանի զիջում է, այն պարագայում, երբ ադրբեջանական զինուժը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բազմաթիվ տարածքներ շարունակում է պահել օկուպացված, այդ թվում՝ Տավուշի մարզում։
Այս պարագայում իրատեսական չէ խոսել մի քանի գյուղի տարածքում խաղաղության մասին։ Մեզ համար ընդունելի չէ նման ձևաչափով սահմանազատման իրականացումը, հետևաբար՝ Նոյեմբերյան համայնքը, համայնքի ղեկավար կազմը, այդ թվում՝ սահմանամերձ գյուղերի վարչական ղեկավարները, չեն աջակցում սահմանազատման գործընթացին և չունեն որևէ մասնակցություն դրան»:
