Մայիսի 17-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի տեղական և տարածքային իշխանությունների կոնգրեսի նախագահ Քուլս Մարկի հետ: Հանդիպումը կայացել է նախարարի՝ Ստրասբուրգ աշխատանքային այցի շրջանականերում:
Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձ են կատարել Հայաստան-Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ 2023-2026 թվականների Գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքին և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում ձեռքբերումներին:
Նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարության համար բացարձակ առաջնահերթություն է երկրում ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների, օրենքի գերակայության և մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտներում բարեփոխումների օրակարգի շարունակական կյանքի կոչումը: Այս համատեքստում Նախարար Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է ԵԽ գործիքակազմի արդյունավետ կիրառումը:
Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Քուլս Մարկը քննարկել են նաև տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների մակարդակում համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր:
Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների վերաբերյալ: Նախարար Միրզոյանը զրուցակցին ներկայացրել է Հարավային Կովկասում հարատև խաղաղության հասնելու Հայաստանի տեսլականը և Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում առանցքային հարցերի շուրջ ՀՀ դիրքորոշումները:
