Արդարադատության նախարարությունն ի դեմս գործող վարչախմբի փորձում է խափանել «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության գրանցումը

Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբն այնքան է ահաբեկված «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գործունեությունից, որ այժմ էլ հնարավոր անհեթեթ բոլոր պատճառաբանություններով փորձում է խափանել «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության գրանցումը։

Կուսակցության գլխավոր քարտուղար Հովհաննես Շահինյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ կուսակցության գրանցումը մերժվել է, ընդ որում տարօրինակ և անհեթեթ պատճառաբանություններով։

Արդարադատության նախարարությունը պատճառաբանել է, որ կուսակցության ղեկավարի և կուսակցության գրասենյակի հասցեները ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերում տարբեր են։ Մի դեպքում կուսակցության ղեկավարի անձնական հասցեն է, մյուս դեպքում՝ կուսակցության գրասենյակի, մինչդեռ նախարարությունը պահանջում է, որ այդ երկու հասցեները նույնական լինեն։ Մեկ այլ «թերություն» Էլ, իբր էջերի վրա համարակալումն արվել է ոչ թե ներքևում, այլ՝ վերևում, ընդ որում, «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունից Արդարադատության նախարարությանն առաջարկել են կարճ ժամանակ տրամադրել բոլոր թերությունները շտկելու և համապատասխան նոր կերպով ներկայացնելու, բայց մերժում են ստացել, ավելին, Արդարադատության նախարարությունից պահանջում են նոր համագումար անց կացնել, ինչը վկայում է, որ նորաստեղծ քաղաքական ուժին պարզապես հավելյալ ծախսերի և քաշքշուկների առաջ են փորձում կանգնեցնել՝ խափանելով այդ կուսակցության գործունեությունը։ Իհարկե, գործող իշխանություններից որևէ մեկն այլ բան չէր էլ սպասում։

Ներկայումս «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության փաստաբաններն աշխատում են փաթեթի վրա, որպեսզի բողոքարկեն Արդարադատության նախարարության որոշումը։ Յուրաքանչյուրի համար էլ պարզ է, որ բացառապես տեխնիկական թերություններով արված պատճառաբանությունները ոչ միայն լուրջ չեն, այլ նաև վկայում են գործող իշխանությունների ակնհայտ վախեցած լինելու հանգամանքի մասին։ Ավելին, բազմաթիվ կուսակցություններ ևս նման մանր թերություններ ունենում են ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերում, իսկ իշխանությունները շատերին թույլ են տվել շատ արագ վերացնել թերությունները, որոշների դեպքում էլ աչք են փակել շատ ավելի կոշտ թերություների վրա։ Այս դեպքում, ընդհակառակը, ամեն ինչ անում են «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության գրանցումը մերժելու համար։

Ակնհայտորեն, գործող վարչախումբը տեսնում է, որ գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ չափազանց առանցքային և կարևոր զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում, հազարավոր մարդիկ, բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժեր միավորվում, իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժմանն ու կուսակցությանը, և առաջիկայում ընտրական պրոցեսներին կուսակցությունն ու շարժումը սեփական, բավականին ծանրակշիռ հայտով է ներկայանալու։

Գործող իշխանությունների այս վախը վկայում է, որ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը և նրա թիմը ընթանում է ճիշտ ուղղությամբ։
