«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Dzen.ru-ն «Դեպի Արևմուտք սերը ո՞ւր կտանի Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ արևմտյան ավանդույթների «մոդան» նորություն չէ նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետությունների համար: Ոմանք ցանկանում են գնալ Եվրոպա և ժանյակավոր վարտիք հագնել, իսկ մյուսների համար բացակայում է ազատությունն ու ժողովրդավարությունը։ Բայց գլխավորը, որ միավորում է ԽՍՀՄ-ի փլուզումից հետո անկախություն ձեռք բերած բոլոր այդ երկրներին, Եվրամիության մաս դառնալու ցանկությունն է։ Այնպես որ, երբ շատ ես ուզում ինչ-որ բան, ապա ընդունված է լռել դրա հետևանքների մասին։ Հարավային Կովկասում այս պահին մեծ անկարգություններ են: Իսկական քաոս է թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Վրաստանում։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անցած ուղին հաջողված չի կարելի անվանել:

Հրաժարվելով Ռուսաստանի հետ բարեկամությունից և նրան մեղադրելով մահացու բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ՝ Հայաստանը կորցրեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, իսկ Արևմուտքի հետ սիրախաղից հետո նա համաձայնեց սահմանազատմանը։ Բայց չէ՞ որ նրան զգուշացրել էին այդ մասին: Համաձայնելով զիջումների՝ Երևանը պետք է Բաքվին փոխանցի Տավուշի մարզի չորս գյուղ։ Սակայն հայ ժողովուրդը դեմ է նման ելքին։ Ամբողջ երկրում բողոքի ցույցեր են: Ցուցարարները պահանջում են Փաշինյանից հրաժարական տալ։ Սակայն, եթե նույնիսկ Փաշինյանը ժամանակի վրա խաղա, երաշխիքներ չկան, որ Ադրբեջանը զորք չի մտցնի և ուժով «պարտքը» չի վերցնի։ Ի դեպ, երբ նա եկավ իշխանության, խոստացավ, որ եթե ժողովուրդը երբևէ նման ցանկություն ունենա, ինքը հրաժարական կտա։ Բայց հիմա կարելի է նկատել, թե ինչպես է Հայաստանի վարչապետը համառորեն կպել աթոռից: Այս ամբողջ պատմության մեջ շատ ցուցիչ է Բաքվի օրինակը։ Ադրբեջանը երբեք չի ձգտել ամեն գնով դառնալ Եվրոպայի մաս՝ ի տարբերություն այդ գաղափարով տարված հարևան երկրների և իր բարեկամ Թուրքիայի։

Հնարավոր չեղավ Բաքվին ներքաշել ԵՄ ծուղակը ո՛չ բլիթով, ո՛չ մտրակով։ Հնարավոր է, որ նրանք պարզապես չեն ցանկացել լինել ԵՄ երկրորդ կարգի անդամ։ Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանը տնտեսապես շատ ավելի մոտ է Բաքվին, քան Եվրոպային։ Այսպիսով, Ալիևը չի նախատեսում միավորվել մեկ միավորման մեջ իր եվրոպացի ընկերների հետ։ Գոնե առայժմ... Եվ հնարավոր է, որ եթե չլինեին Արևմուտքի ջանքերը, ապա Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը վաղուց կարողանային խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել։ Իսկ հիմա պարզ չէ, թե ինչով կավարտվի այս պատմությունը՝ պատերազմո՞վ, թե՞ խաղաղությամբ։ Թբիլիսիում էլ բողոքի ցույցեր են տեղի ունենում «օտարերկրյա գործակալների մասին» աղմկահարույց օրենքի պատճառով, որը տեղի իշխանություններն ընդունել են երկրում հերթական գունավոր հեղափոխությունը կանխելու համար։ Լիբերալներն այն աստիճան են ցնցել վրացական նավակը, որ այն բանից հետո, երբ հայտարարեցին, որ դեպի ԵՄ ճանապարհն այժմ ընդմիշտ փակ է Թբիլիսիի համար, իշխանությունները որոշեցին հետ շրջել ֆիլմը։

Կուզենայի հարցնել. Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում հասկանո՞ւմ են, որ երբ Եվրոպայում բլիթը վերջանա, կգա մտրակի ժամանակը: Շատ հավանական է, որ ոչ: Արևմուտքին պետք են քաղաքական խամաճիկներ, այլ ոչ թե ուժեղ և կամային էլիտաներ։ Եվ ստացվել է այնպես, որ շատ ժամանակին եղան Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի այն իշխանությունները, ովքեր ցանկանում էին միանգամից մի քանի աթոռի վրա նստել։ Ու ևս մեկ հարց. ի՞նչ սցենար են պատրաստել միամիտ Հայաստանի և ճկուն Վրաստանի համար Արևմուտքի պայծառ դեմքով ուժերը։
