Սորոսական թեկնածուին ՔՊ-ականները հարցակոխ չեն անի

Ազգային ժողովն այսօր հերթական քառօրյան է գումարել, քննարկվող հարցերից մեկն էլ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի ընտրության հարցն է։
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» նախորդ անգամ ձախողեց Դավիթ Բալայանի թեկնածությունը՝ նրան մեղադրելով հնարավոր բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ։
Ըստ էության՝ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը չէր կարողացել մարսել Դավիթ Բալայանի անկախ կեցվածքը։
Այժմ թեկնածուն արդեն իշխանության սրտի թեկնածուն է, Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի եղբայրը՝ Դավիթ Խաչատուրյանը, վերջինս բավական ուշագրավ սորոսական անցյալ ունի, եղել է Հայաստանում Սորոսի գրասենյակի գործադիր տնօրենը, իսկ 2008 թվականից հետո զբաղեցրել ԲԴԽ անդամի պաշտոնը։
Խաչատուրյանը ԲԴԽ-ից հրաժարական էր տվել, քանի որ տարաձայնություններ ուներ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի հետ և այժմ նրան ցանկանում են գործուղել Սահմանադրական դատարան, ՍԴ-ն ամբողջությամբ գործող իշխանությունների վերահսկողության տակ մտցնելու համար։ ՍԴ 9 անդամներից այս պահի դրությամբ այլևս հստակ 5-ը գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներ են, և Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ամբողջական վերահսկողություն սահմանել Սահմանադրական դատարանի վրա՝ վախենալով առաջիկա զարգացումներից։
Եթե Դավիթ Բալայանի դեպքում ավելի շատ ակտիվ էին գործող վարչախմբի պատգամավորները, որոնք հարցախեղդ էին անում դատավորի թեկնածուին, այս անգամ ընդամենը կբավարարվեն մեկ-երկու հարցով՝ թեկնածուին բմբլելու առաքելությունը թողնելով ընդդիմությանը, իսկ ընդդիմությունը, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, բավականին լավ է պատրաստվել և մտադիր են ուղիղ եթերում ցույց տալ սորոսական թեկնածուի ողջ պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը։
