Վարկի դիտարկման համար էական չեն Հայաստանում գրանցված եկամուտ ունենալու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև՝ մշտական բնակության վայրը։ Որպես եկամտի աղբյուր դիտարկվում են հաճախորդի` այլ երկրում ունեցած եկամուտները: Ընդգծենք, որ վարկը հաստատվում է առանց տրամադրման և սպասարկման վճարների։
Հիփոթեքային վարկը կարող է տրամադրվել ՀՀ դրամով, ԱՄՆ դոլարով կամ եվրոյով, 60-360 ամիս ժամկետով: Վարկի տրամադրման պայմաններն ու մյուս մանրամասները` Ամերիաբանկի կայքում:
Առաջարկից օգտվելու համար անհրաժեշտ է Ամերիաբանկի կայքում լրացնել համապատասխան հայտը, ինչից հետո Բանկի մասնագետը կապ կհաստատի՝ քննարկելու վարկավորման պայմանները։
