Քննիչները պարզել են Լոռու մարզում 3 անձի դանակահարության հանգամանքները

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան քաղաքում 3 անձի դանակահարության հանգամանքները. առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, նա կալանավորվել է:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2016 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին «Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնում ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի թափանցող, ձախ բազուկի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերքերով և կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած արյունահոսող վերքով իրենց մոտ են ընդունվել Թումանյան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, համապատասխանաբար 1985 թ.ծնված Հրաչ Մովսեսյանն ու 1960 թվականին ծնված Ռոբերտ Հովսեփյանը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում 2016 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Բացի այդ, 2016 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ որովայնի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վերքով բժշկական կենտրոն է ընդունվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչ Ա.Հարությունյանը:
2016 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով :
Քրեական գործերով իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված 3 անձանց մարմնական վնասվածքները պատճառվել են նույն վայրում, նույն անձի կողմից։ 2016 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ վերոհիշյալ քրեական գործերը մեկ վարույթում միացնելու մասին:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Ա.Բարխուդարյանը 2016 թվականի հունվարի 16-ին տուժողների հետ միասին մասնակցել է խնջույքի, որի ավարտից հետո՝ ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում, շենքի բակում Հ.Մովսեսյանի և Ա.Հարությունյանի կողքով անցնելիս լսել է նրանց ծիծաղի ձայները։ Կարծելով, թե վերջիններս իր վրա են ծիծաղում՝ սկսել է վիճաբանել, ապա վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է քաշքշոցի, որի ժամանակ իր մոտ գտնվող կտրող-ծակող գործիքով երեք անձի պատճառել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Լոռու բնակիչ Ա.Բարխուդարյանին հունվարի 20-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը)։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
