Երեկ լրահոսում ներքաղաքական բարդ իրավիճակին առնչվող նյութերի մեջ կորավ չափազանց ուշագրավ մի տեղեկություն։

Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ընդունել է ԱՄՆ կենտրոնական հետախուզական վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Դեյվիդ Քոենի գշխավորած պատվիրակությանը։

Վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հայտնել են, թե քննարկվել են ինչպես Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ երկկողմ, այնպես էլ միջազգային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։ Չափազանց կարճ և լակոնիկ այս հաղորդագրությունից բացի, այլ տեղեկություններ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ չեն նշել։

Սովորաբար համաշխարհային գերտերությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների ղեկավարների այցերը չեն լուսաբանվում, եթե քաղաքական ինչ-ինչ հաշվարկներ չկան։

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը մինչդեռ լուսաբանում է բոլոր նման կարգի այցերը։

2022 թվականի հունիսին Հայաստան էր այցելել ԱՄՆ ԿՀՎ տնօրեն Վիլիամ Բըրնսը։ Բըրնսը եղել էր նաև Վրաստանում և Ադրբեջանում, որտեղ նրա հանդիպումների վերաբերյալ հաղորդագրություն չէին տարածել։ Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն անմիջապես թե՛ տեսանյութ և թե՛ այլ տեղեկություններ էր հայտնել։

Հայաստան այցելել էր նաև Մեծ Բրիտանիայի գաղտնի հետախուզական ծառայության ղեկավար, Էրդողանի մտերիմ ընկեր Ռիչարդ Մուրը, այս հանդիպման վերաբերյալ ևս տեղեկություններ էին տարածել։

Թե ի՞նչ է Հայաստանում որոնում ԿՀՎ փոխտնօրեն Դեյվիդ Քոենը, լայն հասարակությանը չի հաղորդվում։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Քոենն անձամբ է եկել տեսնելու, թե ինչ է կատարվում Հայաստանում, ծանոթանալու իրավիճակին և գնահատելու հայաստանյան ընդդիմադիր շարժման հնարավորությունները, ձեռքի հետ էլ լսել է Փաշինյանի նվնվոցն ու փնթփնթոցները, ինչպես նաև անվտանգության երաշխիքներ խնդրելու աղաչանքները։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Քոենն առանձնապես ուշադրություն չի դարձրել Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, նաև առաջիկայում փորձելու են կապ հաստատել ընդդիմության առաջնորդների հետ՝ հասկանալու նրանց մտահոգությունները և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման ընթացքը փաշինյանական վարչախմբին հեռացնելուց հետո։
