«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մյուս կողմնակիցները պարբերաբար հայտարարում են, թե վախ չունեն ներքաղաքական խմորումներից, Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի գլխավորած շարժումից, բայց իրենք էլ անընդհատ ցուցադրում են իրենց վախերը։

Երեկ մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական հերթական քառօրյան և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անխտիր բոլոր պատգամավորները, իրենց ելույթներում և խոսքում անդրադարձել են հենց Բագրատ Սրբազանին, անընդհատ պնդել, թե մտադիր չեն նրան ընտրել վարչապետ, մտադիր չեն հանդիպել և կարծում են, որ ընդդիմադիր շարժումն ու նրա հոգևորական առաջնորդը կապված են այսպես կոչված «նախկինների» հետ։ Նույնիսկ ինքը՝ Բագրատ Սրբազանն է հեգնել, որ իշխանությունը խոսում է, թե վախ չունի, բայց փոխարենն անընդհատ խոսում են իր և իր գլխավորած շարժման մասին։

Այն, որ իշխանությունը չափազանց անհանգստացած է հնարավոր զարգացումներից, սրտատրոփ սպասում է մայիսի 26-ին կայանալիք հանրահավաքին, որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկած չի հարուցում։ Գործող վարչախումբը լրջորեն մտահոգված է հնարավոր զարգացումներից, գիտակցում է, որ կարող է ամեն ինչ ընթանալ իրենց համար անկանխատեսելի և անվերահսկելի սցենարով, ի վերջո, ժողովրդի կրիտիկական զանգված հավաքվելու դեպքում, կանգնելու են բարդագույն խնդրի առաջ, ուստի փորձում են իրենց հասու բոլոր մեթոդներով վարկաբեկել և անվանարկել ընդդիմադիր շարժումը, ինչը նշենք, արդեն իսկ ձախողված է։

Իշխանությունների այս վախի բոլոր դրսևորումներն ակնհայտ են նաև հասարակության համար, մարդիկ, ի վերջո, տեսնում են, որ Փաշինյանը, նրա թիմն ու բոլոր մերձիշխանական լաքեյները, Բագրատ Սրբազանի անունը լսելիս, կարմրատակում, ահաբեկված ինչ-որ ձայներ են արձակում և հենց սա էլ ապացուցում է, որ ընդդիմադիր շարժումը մի քանի քայլերից հետո կարող է փառահեղ հաղթանակ տանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն օկուպացրած թշնամական հորդայի նկատմամբ։
