Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի մեկնարկից հետո Թուրքիա մեկնած ռուսաստանցիները զանգվածաբար տեղափոխվում են այլ երկրներ՝ կացության թույլտվության և բանկերի հետ կապված խնդիրների ֆոնին։ Reuters-ը, վկայակոչելով պաշտոնական տվյալները, գրել է, որ վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տասնյակ հազարավոր ՌԴ քաղաքացիներ լքել են Թուրքիան։ Մայիսին Թուրքիայում կացության թույլտվություն ունեցող ռուսների թիվը նվազել է՝ հասնելով 96 հազարի։ 2022 թվականի վերջին այն եղել է 154 հազար:

Նրանք ստիպված հեռանում են Թուրքիայից՝ թույլտվություն ստանալու հետ կապված դժվարությունների պատճառով, որոնք ծագել են 2023 թվականի սկզբին։ Այդ ժամանակ իշխանությունները խստացրել են դիմումների ստուգումը, քանի որ պատերազմի պատճառով սկսված միգրանտների հոսքը անշարժ գույքի գների կտրուկ աճ է առաջացրել, և սեփականատերերը սկսել են վտարել թուրք վարձակալներին՝ բնակարանները ռուսներին ավելի թանկ հանձնելու համար: Արդյունքում Անթալիայի 10 շրջան փակվել է օտարերկրացիների համար։ Բարձրացել է նաև անշարժ գույքի նվազագույն արժեքը, փոքր քաղաքներում նախկին 50 հազար դոլարի, մեգապոլիսներում՝ 75 հազար դոլարի փոխարեն այն աճել է մինչև 200 հազար դոլար:

Թուրքիայից ՌԴ քաղաքացիների փախուստի մեկ այլ պատճառ էլ բանկային գործարքների իրականացման հետ կապված դժվարություններն են։
