Ներքին Հանդում այս տարվա փետրվարի 13-ին սպանված  ԵԿՄ անդամ Գոռ Աստարյանի հարազատները կասկածներ ունեն քննության օբյեկտիվության վերաբերյալ։ Հիշեցնենք, խոսքն այն  դեպքի մասին է, որը ԵԿՄ-ն տարածած հաղորդագրությամբ ներկայացրել էր որպես հանկարծամահություն։ 

Տուժողի իրավահաջորդ ճանաչված հայրը՝ Ռ. Ասատրյանը Panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց՝ անհամապատասխանություններ են նկատել վկաների ցուցմունքներում ու դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության նախնական եզրակացության մեջ նկարագրվածի միջև։

Սպանվածի հոր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, վկաները ցույց են տվել, թե ինչպես է ԵԿՄ մեկ այլ անդամ Տ․Կ․-ն հարվածում  Գոռին, մինչդեռ ընտանիքին դիահերձարանի տրամադրաած դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն,  մահվան հիմնական պատճառ հանդիսացող ախտաբանական վիճակ նկարագրված է. «Պարոնցի օրգանների սեղմում բութ առարկաներով, ստորադիր փափուկ հյուսվածքների արյունազեղումներով, ենթալեզվային ոսկրի ձախ եղջյուրի կոտրվածքով»։

«Որդուս խեղդել են։ Համոզված եմ՝ եղել է միտումնավոր, հնարավոր է նաև խմբակային սպանություն։ Եթե ինչ-որ մեկն ասում է՝ հարվածել են, ուրեմն այտեղից սուտ է գնում»,-ասում է հայրը։

Գործը քննող քննիչը Գոռի եղբորը՝ Գևորգին ասել է, որ իրենք նման եզրակացություն չի տրամադրվել, ավելին, այն չի կարող քննության համար հիմք դառնալ, մինչդեռ դիահերձարանից նշում են՝ փաստաթուղթը փոխանցել են չորրորդ կայազորի քննիչին, որ փոխանցի իններորդ կայազորի քննիչին։ Վերջինն ասել է՝ իրեն փոխանցված գործում նման փաստաթուղթ է չի եղել։

Երբ եղբայրն այն փոխանցել է քննիչին, վերջինն ասել է, այն չի կարող հիմք դառնալ իրենց համար, պետք է սպասեն վերջնական եզրակացությանը։

Ընտանիքն չի կարողացել ավելի վաղ փաստաբան վարձել։  Հիմա մտավախություն ունեն, որ քննությունը, հնարավոր է, օբյեկտիվ ու արդար  չի իրականացվի։

Կալանավորված Տ․Կ․-ն էլ մեղքը չի ընդունում։ Նրա երկամսյա կալանքի ժամկետը շուտով կլրանա։

Քննչական կոմիտեի խոսնակ Գոռ Աբրահամյանը Panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց,  քննության օբյեկտիվությանը կասկածելու որևէ հիմք չկա։

«Ամբողջ ծավալով քննություն է իրականացվել, մեղադրյալը շարունակում է մնալ կալանքի տակ։ Այո, նշանակված է փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությունը դեռևս չի ստացվել, նախաքննական մարմինը դրան է սպասում։ Բայց ձեռք բերված ապացույցները միայն փորձաքննությանը չեն վերաբերում»,-նշեց նա։
