Փաշինյանն ուներ հնարավորություն՝ վեր կենալու և ասելու՝ սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, ես վախենում եմ, կամք չունեմ, ինձ ճնշում է Ալիևը, դրա հետևանքով ես կայացնում եմ այս, այս, այս որոշումները։ Դա կլիներ ազնիվ։ Այս մասին խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ հայտարարեց ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։

«Բայց հերոսություն ներկայացնել Հայաստանի ապագան կասկածի տակ դնե՞լը, այնպիսի խրոխտ դեմքով են հողեր հանձնում՝ նախանձելս գալիս է։ Այս ամբողջ գործընթացի մեծագույն պրոբլեմն այն է, որ պետք է մարդկանց ճիշտն ասել։ Եկեք ասեք՝ Ադրբեջանը մեզ ստիպել է, որ այս գյուղերը հանձնենք, հետո թե ինչ կհանձնենք, չգիտենք, որովհետև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացն ամբողջական մշակված ու քննարկված չեն, անգամ սկզբունքները քննարկված չեն»,- ասաց նա։

Մամիջանյանը նաև անդրադարձավ իշխանության մեղադրանքներին, թե ընդդիմությունը չի ասում՝ որքան է ՀՀ տարածքը։

«Մեկ էլ իբր նեղը գցելու բան են գտել, ասեք՝ ինչքա՞ն է ՀՀ տարածքը։ Հիմա ես հակառակն եմ ասում՝ ասեք՝ Ջերմուկում գրաված դիրքերից Ադրբեջանը հետ է քաշվելու, որ 2 ամիս հետո, եթե իհարկե իշխանություն կլինեք, չգաք ու ասեք՝ դե դա բան է, Հայաստան չի և այլն։ Չեն ասում։ Գիտե՞ք՝ ինչու չեն ասում, որովհետև Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը հետևյալն է՝ եկեք սկսենք սահմանազատման գործընթաց, ընթացքում եթե հանկարծ պարզվի Ջերմուկից մեկ կմ հետո Հայաստան է, մենք հետ կքաշվենք։ Բա՞ որ սրանք այնպես անեն, որ չպարզվի։ Եվ այդպես էլ անելու են»,- շեշտեց նա։

Մամիջանյանն ընդգծեց՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը, ՀՀԿ-ն երբեք դեմ չեն արտահայտվում սահմանսզատման գործընթացին, բայց այդ գործընթացն ունի սկզբունքներ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի կողմից մշակված, այն ենթադրում է շատ կետեր, այդպես են դա անում։
