Հարբուխի առաջին իսկ նշաների դեպքում մի մեծ սոխ կտրատեք եւ օրական մի քանի անգամ երկար շնչեք այն։ 100 գրամ ճզմած սխտորը լցնել մեկ բաժակ օղու մեջ, լավ խառնել, ապա մեկ կաթիլ կաթեցնել լեզվին, պահել այդպես, ապա կուլ տալ։
Կրկնել օրական 3-4 անգամ՝ 4 օր։ Լիմոնը կեղեւով աղալ, վրան ձեթ լցնել, օրական մի քանի անգամ քսել քթանցքներին, լնդերին։ 1,5 լիտր եռման ջրի մեջ 1 ճաշի գդալ խոշոր աղ լցնել, 1 լիմոնի հյութ, լավ խառնել ու խմել։
Մեկ լիմոնը մեկ րոպեով դնել եռման ջրի մեջ, ապա աղալ կեղեւով, խառնել 100 գրամ կարագի եւ 1-2 գդալ մեղրի հետ։ 2-3 ժամը մեկ մեկ գդալ ուտել։ Բարձր ջերմության դեպքում 2 կարտոֆիլ քերել, ավելացնել 1 ճաշի գդալ խնձորի քացախ։ Զանգվածը քսել կտորի վրա, դնել ճակատին։ Փոխել երկու ժամ անց։
Որպեսզի խոսւափեք հարբուխից, ամեն օր ատամներին սխտոր քսեք։ 100 գրամ քաղցր գինին տաքացնել, ավելացնել ¼ գդալ սեւ, աղացած բիբար, 1 գդալ մեղր, լավ խառնել ու խմել քնելուց առաջ։
