Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարներից մեկն օրեր առաջ հայտնել էր, որ Տավուշի սահմանային դիրքերից հայկական զորքերի հետքաշն իրականացվել է գրավոր հրամանի հիման վրա, իսկ այդ հրամանը տվող զինվորականին առաջիկայում գեներալի կոչում են տալու։

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ոչ հերքել, ոչ էլ որևէ մեկնաբանություն էր արել այդ կապակցությամբ։

Նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը երեկ, մայիսյան տոների կապակցությամբ, զինվորական կոչումներ է շնորհել 5 զինվորականների՝ այդ թվում նաև նշված զորամիավորման հրամանատար, գնդապետ Ալեքսանդր Ցականյանին, ով այլևս գեներալ-մայոր է։

Լրատվամիջոցները և սոցիալական ցանցերը բնականաբար այսպիսի բարեհաճությունը նշված զորամիավորման հրամանատարի նկատմամբ գնահատել են որպես հայկական զորքերը հետ քաշելու և Փաշինյանի ապօրինի հրահանգները կատարելու պարգևատրում, ինչը ոչ միայն օբյեկտիվ, այլ նաև չափազանց ճշմարիտ է։

Սովորաբար նման դեպքերում լուռ, պաշտպանության նախարարությունը երեկ զայրալից մի տեքստ է տարածել։ «Որոշ շրջանակների համակարգմամբ որոշ անձինք ԶՈՒ ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչների գեներալ-մայորի կոչում ստանալու կապակցությամբ առերևույթ կազմակերպված կերպով իրականության հետ որևէ աղերս չունեցող մեղադրանքների և զրպարտությունների տարրեր պարունակող հրապարակումներ են կատարել»,- գրել է պաշտպանության նախարարությունը։

Մի կողմից այս ձևակերպումները դուրս են ընդհանրապես պաշտոնական էթիկետի սահմաններից, միևնույն ժամանակ հենց վկայում են նման տեղեկությունների ճշմարտացի լինելու հանգամանքը։ Ի վերջո, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը վաղուց ապացուցել է՝ պետք է լսել նրանց և հասկանալ հակառակը։
