Հայաստանի անկախության 33 տարիների ընթացքում երեկ աննախադեպ իրադարձություն է եղել։ Ռուսաստանը խորհրդակցությունների համար Մոսկվա է կանչել Հայաստանում իր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին։

Որևէ պարզաբանում հետկանչի մասով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն չի տարածել, ավելին, արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ևս չի նշել, ընդամենը հայտարարել է, որ դեսպանները պարբերաբար կանչվում են խորհրդակցությունների։

Իրականում դիվանագիտական գործունեության մեջ նման քայլը բողոքի նոտա է համարվում, ինչպես նաև ցույց է տալիս երկու երկրների միջև առկա հակասությունների մակարդակը։ Այս քայլով Մոսկվան հասկացնում է, որ չափազանց դժգոհ է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունից և ծայրահեղ դիվանագիտական քայլ է արել։

Նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան տարակուսանք էր հայտնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ, երբ Փաշինյանը նշել էր, թե 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ՀԱՊԿ առնվազն երկու երկրներ մասնակցել են Հայաստանի դեմ գործողությունների նախապատրաստմանը։

Իր հակառուսական քաղաքականության մեջ Փաշինյանը երեկ էլ ավելի է տարածվել, չի մասնակցել ԱՊՀ երկրների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստին։ Բիշքեկում կայացած հանդիպմանը նախ հայտարարվել էր, որ պետք է մասնակցի փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, ապա և վերջին պահին այդ տեղեկությունը հերքվել է, իսկ Հայաստանը մասնակցել էր ընդամենը Բելառուսում Հայաստանի դեսպանի մակարդակով։

Սա հերթական անգամ վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անում է հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները վերջնականապես և ամբողջովին փչացնելու համար։
