Ըստ մի քանի աղբյուրից ստացված տեղեկությունների՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմն այս պահին զբաղված է փոքր ջոկատներ կազմելով։ Ըստ մեզ հասած լուրերի՝ այդ գործը համակարգում է Աշոտ Մկրտչյան անունով ոմն մեկը, ով իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչ չէ։ Ձևավորվող խմբերը նույնպես որևէ առնչություն չունեն իրավապահ համակարգերի հետ։ Ասել է թե՝ ստեղծվում են ապօրինի ջոկատներ, ինչն իր հերթին՝ նշանակում է, որ Փաշինյանը չի վստահում իրավապահներին։ Մենք կճշտենք այս ջոկատների մասին ստացված տեղեկությունները և, նոր մանրամասներ ի հայտ գալու դեպքում, անպայման կտեղեկացնենք հանրությանը։ Կոչ ենք անում իրավապահ մարմիններին նույնպես զբաղվել այս տեղեկություններով և կանխել քաղաքական իշխանությունների ապօրինի ու սադրիչ բնույթի գործունեությունը։

Այսօր այս մասին հայտարարել էր «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման առաջնորդ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը:

168.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ՆԳՆ-ից ասեցին, որ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունում «ստեղծված ապօրինի ջոկատների» մասին տեղեկատվություն չի ստացվել:
«Եթե քաղաքացիները ունեն նման տեղեկություններ, կարող են դիմել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում պետական կառույցներից բացի զինված, ապօրինի որևէ ստորաբաժանում չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ: Նման ապօրինի ստորաբաժանումներ ստեղծելու ցանկացած փորձ անգամ իրավապահ համակարգի կողմից, օրենքի սահմաններում կարժանանա ամենախիստ արձագանքի»,- ասացին ՆԳՆ-ից:
