Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետը կալանավորվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն մայիսի 25-ին տեղեկացրել էր, որ առերևույթ խարդախությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու և փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 4 անձի՝ նախկին համայնքի ղեկավար Դ․Ս․-ի և երեք անձանց նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։
Մայիսի 26-ին Դ․Ս․-ն ձերբակալվել է, նրան ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 255-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 457-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։ Դատարանի որոշմամբ միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է և վերջինս կալանավորվել է։
Մյուս երեք անձանց ևս ներկայացվել են համապատասխան մեղադրանքներ, նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել բացակայելու արգելքը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ նրանք մեղադրվում են այն բանում, որ Դ.Ս.-ն, խաբեության եղանակով՝ կոնկրետ փաստերը ձևախեղելով, իրականում գոյություն չունեցող կեղծ տվյալներ հաղորդելով, դիտավորությամբ խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը, 2024թ. փետրվարի տարբեր օրերին կայացրել է այլ անձի (անձանց) պատկանող գույքեր՝ 4 ավտոմեքենաներ, օտարելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ որոշումներ և Ս.Ղ.-ին ու Գ.Պ.-ին տրամադրել դրանք օտարելու գործարքներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ լիազորագրեր։ Իր հերթին Ս.Բ.-ն, օժանդակելով վերոնշյալ անձանց, Ս.Ղ.-ին և Գ.Պ.-ին տրամադրել է նրանց կողմից վերոնշյալ 4 ավտոմեքենաներն օտարելու գործընթացի համար անհրաժեշտ՝ գույքահարկի մասով պարտավորություններ չլինելու վերաբերյալ համապատասխան տեղեկանքներ։
Ս.Ղ.-ն և Գ.Պ.-ն կեղծ տվյալներով փաստաթղթերը ներկայացրել են իրավասու պետական մարմնին, դրանց հիման վրա կատարվել են այլ անձանց նվիրաբերությամբ օտարման գործարքներ և իրավունքի պետական գրանցումներ։
Արդյունքում Դ.Ս.-ն, Ս.Ղ.-ն և Գ.Պ.-ն, Ս.Բ.-ի օժանդակությամբ, առերևույթ հափշտակել են այլ անձի (անձանց) պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր 19.100.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ «TOYOTA HILUX 2.7», «VAZ 21214», «UAZ 390945-552» մակնիշի և «VAZ 212140» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ:
