Հայաստանի իշխանությունը զավթած ուժը, ոտնահարելով բարոյականության բոլոր՝ գրված և չգրված օրենքները, անհամաչափ բիրտ ուժ է կիրառում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքները մաս-մաս թշնամուն հանձնող հանցավոր ռեժիմի դեմ անհնազանդության ակցիաներ իրականացող ցուցարարների նկատմամբ։
Իշխանության ապօրինի հրամանները կատարող ուժային կառույցների՝ նաև քաղաքացիական հագուստներով ծպտված անդամները, խմբերով կանգնած մայթեզրերին, չնայելով կին է, թե երեխա, տարեց, թե երիտասարդ, հոգևոր սպասավոր է, թե հանուն Արցախի, Հայաստանի պատերազմում զոհվածի հարազատ կամ վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայող, այնպես են հարձակվում ցուցարարի վրա, կարծես ռազմական հանցագործ է կանգնած իրենց առջև, և ոչ թե անզեն, իր անվտանգության, Հայրենիքի համար փողոց դուրս եկած հայրենակից, որին թույլ չտալով ասել մեկ բառ անգամ՝ զրկում են ինքն իրեն պաշտպանելու բոլոր հնարավորություններից։ Իսկ պատգամավորների նկատմամբ բռնությունը ոչ միայն ավելի կատաղությամբ է իրականացվում, այլև կրում է սիստեմատիկ բնույթ և բացահայտ խրախուսվում իշխող ուժի կողմից։ Հանցավոր բռնության վերջին հարձակումը տեղի է ունեցել "Հայաստան" խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աշոտ Սիմոնյանի նկատմամբ։ Սա իշխող ռեժիմի վաճխանի վերջին ջղաձգումներն են, որոնք, միանշանակ, արժանանալու են քրեաիրավական գնահատականի։
Խաղաղ ցուցարարների և ոստիկանական ուժերի, բերետավորների առճակատման յուրաքանչյուր տեսագրություն ապացուցում է մեկ անհերքելի փաստ` այն, որ օրենքը խախտողների, սկսած արտաքին տեսքից, համազգեստից, առանց գլխարկ, սիգարետը բերաններում, մինչև ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարում, առաջին և միակ կողմը հենց իրենք են՝ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանության շահերը անձնվիրաբար, կուրորեն պաշտպանող ոստիկանությունը և նրանց ղեկավարները։
