«Հրազդան Ցեմենտ»-ը սնանկ է ճանաչվել

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ «Հրազդան ցեմենտի գործարանը» սնանկ է ճանաչվել, և այն կհանվի աճուրդի: Այժմ գործարանի մի մասն է աշխատում, աշխատակիցներն էլ 2 ամսվա աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել: ՀՀ սնանկության դատարանի ապրիլի 23-ի որոշմամբ կասեցվել է «Հրազդան ցեմենտ Քորփորեյշն» ՍՊԸ-ի գործունեությունը՝ գույքը պարտապանի կողմից անձամբ կառավարելու և տնօրինելու բոլոր իրավունքները:
«Հրազդան ցեմենտ Քորփորեյշն» ՍՊԸ-ի սնանկության գործով կառավարիչ Արամ Խաչատրյանն ասաց, որ գործի հետ կապված այլ տվյալներ չի կարող ասել, իսկ աշխատավարձերի ուշացման հետ կապված ասաց. «Իրենց պահանջները ներկայացված է դատարան, բաշխումը օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կլինի, այլ տվյալներ չեմ կարող տրամադրել: Սնանկության գործով գնում է առաջ»: Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ ճակատագիր է սպասվում այս ընկերությանը. «Ես գուշակ չեմ, որ կարողանամ նախապես ասել՝ ինչ ճակատագիր կունենա»:
«Հրազդան ցեմենտ Քորփորեյշն» ՍՊԸ-ի փոխտնօրեն Սուրիկ Միքայելյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ աշխատակիցները միայն մարտ ամսվա աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել: Հարցրեցինք՝ տեղյա՞կ եք, թե ով կգնի գործարանը. «Մենք ոչ մի բանից տեղյակ չենք, եթե ինչ որ բան իմանաք, մեզ էլ կասեք»:
Նշենք, որ դատալեքս տեղեկատվական համակարգում եւս մի դատական գործ է հարուցվել «Հրազդան Ցեմենտ Քորփորեյշն» ՍՊԸ-ի դեմ: «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը 24.08.2023 թվականին դիմելով Դատարան խնդրել է արձակել վճարման կարգադրություն` «Հրազդան Ցեմենտ Քորփորեյշն» ՍՊ ընկերությանը պարտավորեցնելով վճարել 639. 661․ 509. 00 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:
