Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում երեկ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձությունները հերթական անգամ հանգում են մեկ կարևոր փաստի։ Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը ձախողել է ամենատարրական կառավարման մեթոդները, ինքն էլ առաջին գլխավոր պատասխանատուն է հեղեղումների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակի։
Հանուն արդարության պետք է նշենք փրկարարների անձնուրաց գործողությունները հեղեղումների հետևանքների վերացման գործում։ Հեղեղումները մեծ ավերածությունների պատճառ են դարձել Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերում։
Դեբեդ գետի վարարման հետևանքով բազմաթիվ ճանապարհներ, շենքեր առանձնատներ փլուզվել են, վերջին տվյալներով երեք մարդ մահացել են։ Հայտնի է նրանցից միայն երկուսի անունը։
Տարբեր բնակավայրերից տարհանվել են 269, փրկվել՝ 120 մարդ, մոտավորապես 347 մարդ Լոռու մարզում և 42 մարդ Տավուշի մարզում։
Իշխանությունները հեղեղումների փաստին արձագանքել են չափազանց ուշացումով, փորձել անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել, երբ արդեն բանը բանից անցել է, իսկ հանրային պարսավանքը սոցցանցերում ահռելի մասշտաբի են հասել։
Ի վերջո գործ ունենք մի իրավիճակի հետ՝ Հայաստանում գործող իշխանությունը չի կարողանում ոչ միայն արտաքին և ներքին սպառնալիքները կանխել, այլև պատրաստված չէ տարերային աղետների դեմ, իսկ որ նման աղետներ հնարավոր էին, որևէ մասնագետ երբևէ չի էլ հերքել։
