ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունում տեղի ունեցած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հանձնարարականներ է տվել Լոռու և Տավուշի մարզերի պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների, կրթական, մշակութային ու մարզական կառույցների՝ ջրհեղեղի պատճառած վնասները գույքագրելու վերաբերյալ:
Մասնավորապես՝ հանձնարարական է տրվել «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ին՝ իրականացնել պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների հնարավոր վնասման հետ կապված մոնիթորինգի աշխատանքներ և ներկայացնել ամփոփ տեղեկատվություն:
Վերոնշյալ մարզերի աշխատակազմերի համապատասխան վարչությունների հետ համագործակցությամբ՝ կգույքագրվեն կրթական, մշակութային և մարզական ենթակառուցվածքների հնարավոր վնասման հետ կապված խնդիրները՝ առաջարկելով դրանց լուծման տարբերակներ:
Տեղեկատվության ամբողջական հավաքագրումից հետո կկազմվի վերականգնման անհրաժեշտ աշխատանքների ծրագիր՝ ըստ հրատապության և առաջնահերթության: Այս համատեքստում կարևորվել է հատկապես հաջորդ շաբաթվանից մեկնարկող ավարտական և միասնական քննությունների պատշաճ կազմակերպման հարցը: Հաշվի առնելով ստեղծված պայմաններում դիմորդների՝ քննական կենտրոններ հասնելու հնարավոր խնդիրները, քայլեր կձեռնարկվեն համապատասխան աշխատանքների կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ՝ համագործակցելով Գնահատման և թեստավորման կենտրոնի հետ:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններում ուսումնական գործընթացը դեռևս չի ավարտվել, առաջարկվել է ջրհեղեղից տուժած բնակավայրերում, ըստ իրավիճակի, դասերը ժամանակավորապես հեռավար կազմակերպել:
