Ժամեր առաջ ականատես եղանք ՀՀ պատմության մեջ նախադեպը չունեցող ամոթալի և խայտառակ մի միջադեպի, երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգուրաց օկուպացիոն ռեժիմն իր նորօրյա ենիչերներովերով թույլ չտվեց ու խոչընդոտեց Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետին և վերջինիս ուղեկցող հոգևորականաց դասին մուտք գործել Սարդարապատի հերոսամարտի հուշահամալիր, աղոթք բարձրացնել և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել հանուն հավատի և հանուն հայրենիքի նահատակված հերոսների համար։
Իբրև Ռումանիոյ հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ, Բուլղարիայի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահ, Բալկանյան երկրներում Հայրապետական պատվիրակ, տեղի հայ համայնքների, ծխական ու թեմական խորհուրդների անունից խստորեն դատապարտում եմ այդ քստմնելի արարքը և աղոթում մեր հայրենի երկրի խաղաղության և մոտ ժամանակներում Աստվածասեր իշխանության հաստատվելու համար, իշխանություն, որը կգիտակցի Սարդարապատի հերոսամարտի իրական կերտող Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետության հսկայական ու անգնահատելի դերն ու նշանակությունը իր եկեղեցու զանգերի ղողանջներով, ժամանակի Հայոց Հայրապետի քաջալերիչ ճառով և հոգևորականներից ու աշխարհականներից բաղկացած մահապարտների գնդի ձևավորմամբ ու մայիսյան հերոսամարտերին գործուն մասնակցությամբ։
1700-ամյա ազգային Եկեղեցու նկատմամբ այսպիսի հալածանքն ու վերաբերմունքը միանշանակ արժանի է դատապարտման` մեզ հիշեցնելով 1937թ. ստալինյան բռնաճնշումները` ոտնահարելով ազգային և մարդու իրավունքները։
Մենք համապատասխան գրությամբ և կոչով դիմելու ենք եվրոպական երկրների ղեկավարներին և մարդու իրավունքներով զբաղվող միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների՝ դատապարտելու համար մարդու ազատության իրավունքների արժեքների դեմ գործող Հայաստանի ներկայիս ազգադավ իշխանությունների փոքրոգի և ճղճիմ արարքները։
Մեր կոչն ու պատգամն ենք հղում Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցներին ժամ առաջ ոտքի կանգնելու, անտարբեր չմնալու, հայրենագող ու աստվածամերժ իշխանություններին հեռացնելու և ազգային մեր արժանապատվությունը վերականգնելու համար։ Իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին ուզում ենք հիշեցնել Սուրբ Հովհան Ոսկեբերան Հայրապետի հետևյալ խոսքը, որն ասում է. «Քրիստոսի Եկեղեցուց ավելի ուժեղ ոչինչ չկա: Ով ուզում է պայքարել նրա դեմ, անխուսափելիորեն կմեռնի: Դա նույնն է, ինչ զենք վերցնել Երկնքի դեմ պատերազմում»:
