Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության օրվա միջոցառումներին անմասն չեն մնում Սփյուռքի մշակութային կառույցները։ Օրվա խորհուրդը նախ և առաջ հայապահպանությունն է և սերունդներին արժանապատիվ ապագա փոխանցելը։
Որքան էլ ծանր են ժամանակները, արժեզրկված արժեքները, այդուհանդերձ մեծագույն երախտիքի են արժանի դառնում մարդիկ, ովքեր հենց այս պայմաններում իրենց ուսերին են վերցնում մեծագույն բեռը` մշակույթին շառավիղ տալու ու ճառագելու ծանրագույն աշխատանքը։
Մոսկվայի շրջանի Միտիշչի քաղաքի Երիտասարդական պալատը մայիսի 28֊ին հյուրընկալել էր М-dance պարային համույթին, Մարիամ Աթանեսյանի ղեկավարությամբ։

Ու հայրենիքից հեռու բեմը մի ողջ պատմություն է խառնում օտար հողին ու որպես արձագանք դարերի , բռնում հայկական Քոչարին։ Դահլիճը ծափեր է արձագանքում , կարծես մի ողջ ազգի մշակույթ է արձագանքում ամեն ծափից։ Ծանր բեռն իր ուսերին վերցրած Մարիամ Աթանեսյանի մասին ծնողները խոսում են մեծագույն ակնածանքով , գնահատում նրա աշխատանքը։ Վերջերս է խումբը վերադարձել Սանկտ֊Պետերբուրգում կայացած պարի փառատոնից, գրավելով պատվավոր առաջին հորիզոնականը։
Փոխադարձ գնահատականի արդյունքում օտար հողում հայը պահում է հայականությունը , երբևէ հայրենիք վերադառնալու մեծագույն հույսով։
Մայիսի 28֊ի խորհուրդը հաստատվեց ու հուսադրեց հային։
