Կոչում տալիս են միայն Փաշինյանին նվիրվածության համար

ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրում երեկ պարգևատրման արարողություն է կայացել՝ նվիրված Հանրապետության օրվան։ Գեներալի կոչումներ են ստացել 7 անձինք, ընդ որում բոլոր այս նշանակումների մեջ մեկ նշանակում չափազանց զարմանալի և մտահոգիչ է։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը գեներալի կոչում է շնորհել 5 զինվորականների՝ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատար Ալեքսանդր Ցականյանին, գլխավոր շտաբի օպերատիվ գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Ալբերդ Բաղդազյանին, ՊՆ կադրային քաղաքականության գլխավոր վարչության պետ Հրաչ Ստեփանյանին, զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի տեղակալներ Սամվել Մովսիսյանին և Արթուր Երոյանին, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության զորքերի հրամանատար Հայկ Բաբայանին։
Վարչապետի որոշմամբ էլ փրկարարական ծառայության գեներալ–մայորի կոչում է շնորհվել ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կամո Ցուցուլյանին։ Պարգևատրվածները, սակայն, երեկ 7-ն էին, պարզվում է, որ վերջին պահին միայն, մայիսի 27-ին, նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը հրամանագիր է ստորագրել ոմն Սերգեյ Պետրոսյանի՝ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի ռազմատեղագրական ծառայության պետ նշանակելու մասին, մեկ այլ հրամանագրով էլ, նույն Սերգեյ Պետրոսյանին շնորհվել է գեներալ-մայորի զինվորական կոչում։
Պետրոսյանը ՊՆ-ում այնքան էլ հայտնի դեմք չէ, սակայն աչքի է ընկել Տավուշի մարզում սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացի ժամանակ, երբ լրագրողները նրան բռնացրել էին առանց համարանիշի մի մեքենայում։ Ըստ էության, ակնհայտ է, որ նորահայտ գեներալ- մայորը այդ կոչումը ստացել է բացառապես սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացի ժամանակ իր ունեցած դերի համար։
Փաշինյանն ընդհանրապես զինվորականներին պարգևատրում է ընդամենը մեկ դեպքում, երբ նրանք ցույց են տալիս իրենց հավատարմությունը անձամբ գործող վարչախմբի պարագլխին։ Այս դեպքում էլ գործ ունենք ոչ թե սպայի պատիվը հարգող և գնահատող զինվորականի, այլ ընդամենը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խամաճիկի հետ։
