Հիմա մենք ունենք մթնոլորտի էական փոփոխություն, բայց դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ հասել ենք վերջնագծին և մնում է խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրելը:
Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
«Ամեն օրն էլ հրաշալի հնարավորություն է խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ պետք է ձեռք բերվեն համաձայնություններ, և ես հույս ունեմ, որ ձեռք կբերվեն, ավելի ճիշտ այդ համաձայնությունները ձեռք բերված են»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի վեցին Պրահայում դրանից հետո Սոչիում, ապա Բրյուսելում առանցքային սկզբունքները համաձայնեցված են, մնում է դա վերարտադրել խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի մեջ և կունենանք հնարավորություն օր առաջ այդ աշխատանքը ավարտելու։
«Եթե տեսնենք այս աշխատանքը ավարտվեց և եկել ու ամփոփվել է, հիմա պետք է անցնենք ստորագրման, տեղ, ժամ և այլն դա ուրիշ հարց է, որ լրացուցիչ կքննարկվի։ Իրականում խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ աշխատանքը դա բազմաշերտ աշխատանք է, երբեմն նախադասությունները, արտահայտությունները, որ արվում են դրա վերաբերյալ, խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստերին և դրանց դինամիկան անծանոթ մարդկանց մոտ միշտ չէ որ ճշգրիտ տպավորություն է ստեղծում»,- ասաց նա։
Այնուհետև Փաշինյանը ասաց, որ եթե հետևենք Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարություններին, ապա վերջին շրջանում բարձրագույն մակարդակով հնչել են հայտարարություններ՝ իրենք հավատարիմ են Պրահայի պայմանավորվածություններին, հավատարիմ են Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ նաև շատ սիմվոլիկ էր երբ ԱԳ նախարարների վերջին հանդիպումը տեղի ունեցավ հենց Ալմա Աթայում։ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այստեղ որոշ նրբություններ կան, որոնք ոչ թե ուզում են գաղտնի պահել, այլ աշխատանքներ կան և որ այդ նրբություններն էլ ունեն իրենց նրբությունները։
Անդրադառնալով Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարություններին, Փաշինյանն ասաց․ «Հիմա մենք ունենք մթնոլորտի էական փոփոխություն, բայց դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ հասել ենք վերջնագծին և մնում է ստորագրելը»։
