Պարզվել են մայիսի 25-ին բանկի մասնաճյուղում Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի 49–ամյա բնակչի կողմից կատարած ահաբեկչության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված անհրաժեշտ և ահետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ 2024թ․ մայիսի 25–ին՝ ժամը 16։25–ի սահմաններում, 49–ամյա տղամարդը, ահաբեկչություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, մուտք է գործել ՀՀ-ում գործող բանկերից մեկի՝ Աբովյան քաղաքում տեղակայված մասնաճյուղ։

Այնտեղ գտնվող բանկի աշխատակիցներին, ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանության աշխատակցին և հաճախորդներին ահաբեկելու, ինչպես նաև բանկի աշխատակիցներին իր պահանջները կատարելուն հարկադրելու նպատակով, նա ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք բերած և իր մոտ պահվող «Ֆ–1» տեսակի ձեռքի բեկորային մարտական նռնակը բերել է մարտական վիճակի՝ ստեղծելով պայթյուն կատարելու իրական սպառնալիք։ Տեղում գտնվող անձանց կյանքից զրկելու վտանգ ստեղծելով՝ նա զավթել և պահել է բանկի մասնաճյուղի շենքը՝ պահանջելով հրավիրել լրագրողներ։ Սակայն անվտանգության ազդանշանի միանալու արդյունքում դեպքի վայր են ժամանել իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներ։ 49-ամյա տղամարդու հետ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետի կողմից, Ոստիկանության մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների մասնակցությամբ, տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքում, ժամը 17։54–ին, տղամարդը իրավապահներին է հանձնել մարտական նռնակը, վնասազերծվել և ձերբակալվել։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 49–ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով և 335–րդ հոդվածի 1–ին մասով։ Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է։
