Իշխանությունն հանուն իր շահերի թուլացնում է պետության անվտանգության ու ամրության հենասյուները՝ Ոստիկանությունն ու Եկեղեցին։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը։

«Ներկայիս իշխանությունը Ոստիկանությանն օգտագործում է հանուն իր քաղաքական շահերի՝ թիրախավորելու համար Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցուն, հեղինակազրկում Ոստիկանությանը ու դրանով իսկ թուլացնում պետության անվտանգությունը։

Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին պետության անվտանգության կարևոր բաղադրիչ է և ունի սահմանադրական կարգավիճակ։ Այս մասին անգամ գրված է 2020թ․ Ազգային անվտանգության ռազմավարության մեջ։

Իր հերթին Ոստիկանությունը պետության անվտանգությունն ու իրավակարգն ապահովող հենասյուներից է։

Նախ Եկեղեցու՝ իբրև կառույցի, հոգևորականների թիրախավորումը թուլացնում է պետությունը, պառակտում հասարակությունը, հրահրում է ներքին թշնամանք թե՛ Հայաստանում, թե՛ Սփյուռքում։

Այս արշավն ուղղակիորեն կազմակերպում և իրականացնում է այսօրվա իշխանությունը, քանի որ դա է պահանջում նրա քաղաքական շահը. դա իշխանություն, պաշտոններ պահպանելու միջոց է։ Այսինքն՝ եկեղեցու նկատմամբ քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի համար օգտագործվում է Ոստիկանությունը։
Այս ամենը հասարակության մեջ ոստիկանների նկատմամբ հասկանալիորեն առաջացնում է վրդովմունք, վիրավորանքներ ու բացասական վերաբերմունք առհասարակ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին

Ոստիկանությանը դարձնում է ագրեսիվ նման վերաբերմունք դրսևորող մարդկանց նկատմամբ։
Ընդ որում, այդ մարդկանց նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ վերաբերմունք է առաջանում նաև հասարակության այն մասի մոտ, ովքեր իշխանության աջակից են, իշխանական քարոզի զոհ կամ այլ վերաբերմունք ունեն Առաքելական եկեղեցու նկատմամբ։ Այս ամենը հղի է անկանխատեսելի վտանգավոր հետևանքներով։

Ստացվում է՝ քաղաքական գործող իշխանությունն հանուն իր շահերի թուլացնում է մեր պետության անվտանգության ու ամրության հենասյուները՝ Ոստիկանությունն ու Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին, ինչպես նաև հասարակության մեջ առաջանում անհանդուրժողականություն, հրահրում է ներքին թշնամանք՝ խորացնելով լարվածությունն ու պառակտումը»,-գրել է նա։
