Հայաստանն իրավունք ունի փնտրել այլ գործընկերներ, սակայն տեսանելի ապագայում Ռուսաստանի հետ բարեկամությունն ու համագործակցությունն այլընտրանք չունեն. այս մասին, interfax-russia.ru-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով և հայրենակիցների հետ կապերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը։
«Համոզված եմ, որ տեսանելի ապագայում ոչ ոք չի կարող հայերի, հայ ժողովրդի համար փոխարինել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ: Միևնույն ժամանակ վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանը, հայերն իրավունք ունեն, և նրանք այդ իրավունքից կօգտվեն, շփվելու ամբողջ աշխարհի հետ, բոլոր տեղերում օգնություն փնտրելու», - ասել է Զատուլինը ռուս-հայկական «Լազարևյան ակումբ»-ի՝ «Ո՞ւր ես գնում. Հայաստանի խաչի և Ռուսաստանի խաչի մասին» թեմայով նիստի ժամանակ։
Անդրադառնալով այն մեղադրանքներին, թե Ռուսաստանն է պատասխանատու Ադրբեջանի հետ կռվում Հայաստանի պարտության, այն ծանր ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակի համար, որում հայտնվել է հանրապետությունը, Զատուլինը դա անվանել է «կանխամտածված սուտ»։
«Կարծում եմ, որ կատարվածի համար Ռուսաստանի վրա ամբողջ մեղքը բարդելու փորձերը շարունակությունն են այն մտքի, որը նախապես հայտարարվել էր ներկայիս վարչապետի և նրա գործընկերների քաղաքական կարիերայի սկզբում՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները խզելու, հարյուրավոր տարիներ Ռուսաստանը պաշտպան ու հովանավոր համարող հայ ժողովրդի գիտակցության վերակողմնորոշման, վերաձևակերպման անհրաժեշտութան մասին»,- ասել է Պետդումայի պատգամավորը։
