Այս պահին բարեփոխված ոստիկանները անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառմամբ փորձում են ճնշել պայքարը, փորձել են խափանել Վեհափառի մուտքը Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիր-մեր հասարակությունը տսնում է այդ ամենը: Այդպիսի հրամաններ տվողներն ու կատարողները վստահ եմ, որ ունեն անհամաչափ, արտաքին աջակցություն դրա համար էլ անհամաչափ գործողությունների են դիմում:
Այս մասին դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԱԳՆ դիմաց ոստիկանների կողմից անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառմամբ ակցիան ճնշելուն։
Նա նաև անդրադարձավ Վեհափառ Հայրապետի՝ Սարդարապատի հուշահամալիր մուտքը խոչընդոտելուն։
«Դա արդեն բոլոր իրավական նորմերից դուրս է, դուրս է նաև բարոյական սահմաններից»։
Իսկ թե որքանով է պայքարը արդյունավետ և ինչ կլինի, եթե հաջողություն չգրանցվի, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասաց․
«Եկեք չկանխատեսենք հաջողություն կգրանցվի, թե չի գրանցվի։ Մինչև այսօր պայքարը ընթանում է և չեմ կարծում, թե դեպի նվազում է գնում»։
Նա նաև անդրադարձավ նրան, որ պայքարը շարունակվում է, բայց ստորագրում են և հողերը հանձնում։ Սարգսյանը, մասնավորապես, ասաց՝ եկեք ենթադրենք հնարավոր չէ հիմա կանխել կամ նախկինում հնարավոր չէր կանխել, դադարեցվի՞ու ընդհանրապես չպայքարե՞նք։
«Ակցիա անողները չունեն հնարավորություն ստորագրողների ձեռքից բռնելու, ակցիաները նրա համար են, որ ստորագրողները այլևս այդ իրավունքը չունենան, այլ ճանապարհ կա՞, ես չեմ տեսնում այլ ճանապարհ»։
Սերժ Սարգսյանն հստակեցրեց, որ Փաշինյանին աջակցող ուժեր ասելով նկատի ունի կոլեկտիվ Արևմուտքին։
