Էլ ի՞նչ ասեմ, անմտություն է առանց միջնորդի խոսելը Բաքվի հետ, կապիտուլացվածը չի կարող բանակցել:
Այս մասին դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։
Հարցին՝ ինչպե՞ս կլուծեիք Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ծագած այս խնդիրը, նա պատասխանեց․
«Ախր շատ պարզ լուծվելիք խնդիր է։ Կա միջազգային փորձ, կան միջազգային ատյաններ և եթե Հայաստանը չհրաժարվեր այս երկու հանգամանքից, ապա բոլորովին այլ կերպ կլիներ։ Չի կարող ԵԽ-ն կամ ԵՄ-ն չի կարող իր նշած ստանդարտներից կամ ցած իջնել կամ վեր բարձրանալ։ Ես ասել եմ՝ անմտություն է առանց միջնորդների վարել բանակցություններ, բայց եթե մտել ենք այդտեղ ես էլ ի՞նչ կարող եմ ասել»։
Սերժ Սարգսյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ եթե միջնորդները լինեին Տավուշում իրականացվող սահմանազատումն այլ ճանապարհով կընթանար։
«Կընթանար հետևյալ կերպ՝ նախ կունենայինք հստակ դիրքորոշում, մենք էլ կունենայինք ինֆորմացիա՝ ինչի հիման վրա են անում այդ սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը։ Մեկ ասում էին՝ 76 թվի քարտեզի հիման վրա, հետո ասում էին չէ, հետո սկսեցին խոսել, որ հա՛։ Բայց որևէ մեկը տեսե՞լ է այդ քարտեզը, որի հիման վրա անում են»,- ասաց նա։
Նա նշեց, որ եթե իր արարքի մեջ անընդունելի բան չկա, իրենք ինչո՞ւ բաց չեն անում այդ ամենը։
«Ես չեմ գովում մեզ, բայց մենք բանակցային գործընթացի մասին 90 տոկոսով ասում էինք, թե ինչ է, ոնց է և այլն, եթե դա չէր խանգարում մեր բանակցությունների հետագա փուլերին, ինչո՞ւ են գաղտագողի անում»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը։
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ չորս թե հինգ տարի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունների միջև ընթացել են բանակցություններ, սահմանազատման աշխատանքներ, բայց դա սահմանազատում կամ սահմանագծում չէ, որովհետև Գերագույն խորհուրդների մակարդակով չէր դա արվում։
«Հայկական կողմից այդ գործընթացը ղեկավարում էր Վլադիմիր Միհրանի Մովսիսյանը և այդ փաստաթղթերը կան, թեև պատգամավորների հարցումներին մեկ ասում են՝ չկա, մեկ ասում են՝ գաղտնիության գրիֆն ավելի է խստացել։ Բայց այդտեղ ի՞նչ գաղտնիության խնդիր կա, որ պետական գաղտնիքը կբացահայտի։ Մի գաղտնիք կա, որ շեղում կա այդ փաստաթղթերից, որը մեզ օգուտ չէ»,- հայտարարեց երրորդ նախագահը։
Հարցին՝ նոր իշխանությունը կկարողանա՞ վիճարկել արդեն տեղի ունեցած գործընթացը, օրինակ, հանել սահմանասյուները, նա պատասխանեց․
«Դա չափազանց բարդ կլինի անելը, բայց այնտեղ էլ լուծումներ կան, եկեք դրանց մասին չխոսենք, բայց ես գրեթե 100 տոկոսվ վստահ եմ, որ նոր իշխանությունները կարող են հարցը ապօրինի ճանապարհից բերել օրինական դաշտ՝ խաղաղ ճանապարհով, որովհետև մենք հիմա ի՞նչ ունենք, որ պատերազմի մասին էլ մտածենք»։
