ԵԱՏՄ-ից օգտվում և նրա դեմ են աշխատում

Հայաստանը 14 անգամ ավելացրել է առևտուրը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում։ Այդ մասին հայտնել է Ռուսաստանի վարչապետ Միխայել Միշուստինը ԵԱՏՄ տասնամյակի կապակցությամբ տված հարցազրույցում, ընդ որում, ըստ Ռուսաստանի վարչապետի, միության անդամ 5 պետությունները շահում են մասնակցությունից, առաջին հերթին ներքին սահմանների մաքսային հսկողության բացակայության պատճառով, բայց Հայաստանի ցուցաբերած թվերը շատ ավելի տպավորիչ են, քան մյուսներինը։
Բելառուսն ու Ղազախստանը կրկնապատկել են առևտուրը, Ղրղզստանը՝ եռապատկել, իսկ Հայաստանի 14-ակի աճը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ միության մասնակցությունից պաշտոնական Երևանը միայն շահում է։ Այդ պայմաններում, սակայն, Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը շարունակում է հակառուսական քայլեր ձեռնարկել, նախօրեին էլ ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել է մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ պաշտպանության նախարարների հավաքին Ալմա-Աթայում, ընդ որում իրենց ապահովագրելու համար հայտարարել են, թե դեմ չեն սահմանափակ ձևաչափով որոշումների ընդունմանը։
Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ խնդիրներ ունի արդեն 2022 թվականից և հրաժարվում է մասնակցել այդ կազմակերպության աշխատանքներին, հետ է կանչել իր մշտական ներկայացուցչին, նշանակումներ չի անում, զորավարժություններին, գագաթնաժողովներին կտրականապես չի մասնակցում։ Ի վերջո այս ամենը պետք է լուրջ հետևանքներ ունենա, առավել ևս, որ Ռուսաստանին զգուշացրել են ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում Հայաստանը զրկվելու է նաև մյուս կառույցներին՝ այդ թվում ԵԱՏՄ-ին մասնակցելու հնարավորությունից։
