ԲԱՑԱՌԻԿ ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ` «Ջրաշխարհ»-ի սեփականատիրոջ 21-ամյա որդու կողմից Երևանում տեղի ունեցած «շումախերական» վթարից

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հատնում է նաև, որ վթարի հետևանքով նյութական վնաս է պատճառվել «Երքաղլույս» ՓԲԸ-ին և «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ՍՊԸ-ին:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, հունվարի 17-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Մեսրոպ Խաչատրյանը իր վարած Ford Mustang մակնիշի 444 MM 44 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Աբովյան փողոցում դուրս էր եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց և բախվել էլեկտրասյանը:
Հարվածի արդյունքում էլեկտրասյունը տապալվել էր, իսկ մեքենան մասամբ հայտնվել էր ճանապարհի ձախակողմյան հատվածում:
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների` վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղափոխվել էր Իզմիրլյան բժշկական կենտրոն: Դեպքի վայր էին ժամանել ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ դասակի աշխատակիցները: Տեղում էին նաև «Երքաղլույս»-ի ներկայացուցիչները:
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել էր հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Դավիթ Մարտիրոսյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով` վարորդ Մ. Խաչատրյանը «Վալենսիա»-ի և «Ջրաշխարհ»-ի սեփականատեր` «Ջրաշխարհի Խաչիկ» մականվամբ Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանի որդին է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
