Օրեր առաջ Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատը «Քրիստոնեական միություն» կուսակցության և «Քրիստոնեադեմոկրատական ​​մարտահրավեր» կուսակցության նախաձեռնությամբ ընդունեց բաանձև, որը անաչառ գնահատականներ է պարունակում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին ասված է «Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան» համահայկական միության հայտարարության մեջ։

«Բանաձևը հստակ արձանագրում է, որ շուրջ 10 ամիս Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությունը, գտնվելով լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ, զրկված է եղել կենսապայմանների ապահովման նվազագույն պայմաններից՝ սննդից, բժշկական ծառայություններից օգտվելու հնարավորությունից, էլեկտրաէներգիայից, գազից, կապից և այլն։ Հիշեցնենք, որ նման գործելակերպն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է ՄԱԿ-ի ընդունած Ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման կոնվենցիայի ցեղասպանությունը բնորոշող նկարագրությանը։
 
Բանաձևն արձնագրում է նաև 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերյան ռազմական լայնածավալ ագրեսիան, որը ոչ այլ ինչ է, եթե ոչ պատերազմ 10 ամիս հյուծման մեջ գտնվող 120 հազար խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ։ Բանաձևը աներկբայորեն նշում է, որ այժմ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ավերվում են եկեղեցիները, հայկական շինությունները, փախստականների տները, և իրականում այն ամենը, ինչը հիշեցնում է հայկական ներկայության մասին։ Նման նկարագրությունը միայն մեկ բառով կարելի է ընդհանրացնել՝ հակահայկականություն։ Միայն ռասիզմի կործանարար ախտով տառապող հասարակությունները և նրանց առաջնորդող հանցագործ խմբավորումները կարող են գնալ համաշխարհային քաղաքակրթական արժեք ունեցող իրողությունների ոչնչացմանը։
 
«Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան» համահայկական միությունը ողջունում է Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի ընդունած բանաձևը, որը հերթական վկայությունն է, որ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը անտարբեր չէ մարդկության դեմ գործվող հանցանքների նկատմամբ։ 

Սակայն այս բանաձևը և դրա ընդունումը փաստում են նաև այն դառը ճշմարտությունը, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի դեմ եռամյա ագրեսիայի ընթացքում այդ նույն քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը չկարողացավ հասնել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ այնպիսի ճնշման, որը կզրոյացներ նույնանման քաղաքականության շարունակականությունը։ Ուստի մենք դառնում ենք մեր այն վաղեմի պնդմանը, որ անհրաժեշտ են ճկուն և արագացված մեխանիզմներ գործված հանցանքների համար պատժի ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար։
