Կոնվերս Բանկի նախաձեռնությամբ և բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ կայացել է «Բանկային գործիքներ և արդի տեխնոլոգիաներ բիզնեսի համար» միջոցառումը: Դրա շրջանակում ներկայացվել են Converse Markets տեխնոլոգիական հարթակը և կորպորատիվ պարտքի ներգրավման այլընտրանքային հնարավորությունները: 

Ներկայացնում ենք միջոցառումը՝ հիմնական շեշտադրումներով:

Converse Markets հարթակի մասին

Գրիգորի Զաքարյան, Կոնվերս Բանկի ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն. «Converse Markets-ը ժամանակակից թվային լուծում է, արտարժույթի փոխարկման արդի առօրեական մեթոդ, որը հաճախորդին հնարավորություն է տալիս ստանալ էֆեկտիվ փոխարժեք, համեմատել այն տարբեր բանկերի տրամադրած փոխարժեքների հետ և կայացնել արդյունավետ որոշում»։

Հասմիկ Մաթևոսյան, Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական շուկաների վարչության պետ. «Հարթակում, բացի փոխարկումը, հնարավոր է նաև կատարել փոխարժեքի գնանշման հարցում, ներկայացնել փոխարկման պատվեր, տեղեկատվություն ստանալ արժութային շուկայում spot գների վերաբերյալ: Այս պահին հասանելի է փոխարկման հնարավորություն ավելի քան 35 արժութային զույգերով: Այս պահին հարթակը հասանելի է Բանկի՝ իրավաբանական անձ հաճախորդներին: Հարթակի հնարավորություններն ու բիզնեսին հասանելիությունը աստիճանաբար կընդլայնվեն»:

Ֆինանսների ներգրավման ուղիների դիվերսիֆիկացիայի մասին

Գրիգորի Զաքարյան, Կոնվերս Բանկի ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն. «Շատ կարևոր է, որ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներն ունենան հասանելիություն կապիտալի շուկաներին: Որպես առաջին քայլ՝ Բանկն առաջարկում է սկսել պարտատոմսերի թողարկմամբ, ինչի ողջ գործընթացը Բանկը պատրաստ է կազմակերպել յուրաքանչյուր պոտենցիալ թողարկողի համար»:

Էլեն Քարիմյան, Կոնվերս Բանկի կորպորատիվ ներդրումային բանկային ծառայությունների բաժնի պետ. «Ֆինանսների ներգրավման այս եղանակից օգտվելու հիմնական առավելություններն են ֆինանսական ծախսային հոսքերի կրճատումը, մեծաքանակ ներդրողներից միջոցների ներգրավումը որպես մեկ վարկատուից ֆինանսական անկախության կարևոր գործոն, պարտատոմսերի շրջանառման ողջ ընթացքում մասնակի մարումների բացակայությունը և շատ այլ առավելություններ: Միաժամանակ, Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում պարտատոմսերի ցուցակման դեպքում թողարկողները կօգտվեն պետական աջակցությունից»:

Միջոցառման ձևաչափը հնարավորություն էր տալիս ոչ միայն ծանոթանալ Կոնվերս Բանկի առաջարկներին, այլ նաև քննարկել, ստանալ հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները: Ընթացքում նաև համագործակցության պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռքբերվեցին:
