Ֆրանսահայ լրագրողին 41 օր հացադուլից հետո արտաքսել են

41 օր, այդքան «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի միջազգային գոտում մնաց ֆրանսահայ լրագրող Լեո Նիկոլյանը, որի մուտքը Հայաստան արգելվել էր։
Ապրիլին Նիկոլյանը փորձել էր Փարիզից ժամանել Հայաստան, սակայն նրան հայտնել էին, որ իր մուտքը Հայաստան արգելված է առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության։
Նա հացադուլ էր հայտարարել հենց չեզոք գոտում, մի քանի անգամ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձել էին Նիկոլյանին արտաքսել Հայաստանից, մի դեպքում էլ նույնիսկ բժիշկը ներարկում էր արել և փորձել էին քնած վիճակում անցկացնել օդանավ, բայց օդանավի առաջին օդաչուն հրաժարվել էր նրան տեղափոխել՝ նշելով, որ չի կարող առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդուն տեղափոխել։
Տարօրինակ էր նաև Ֆրանսիայի իշխանությունների արձագանքը։ Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատնից հայտնել էին, որ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում ապրիլի 22-ից հացադուլ անող Լեո Նիկոլյանը հյուպատոսական պաշտպանության ենթակա չէ, նա կալանավորված չէ և կարող է ազատ վերադառնալ Ֆրանսիա, հետևաբար նա ենթակա չի հյուպատոսական պաշտպանության, որը տրամադրվում է արտերկրում կալանավորված Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացիներին։ «Երևանի օդանավակայանի միջազգային գոտում մնալու որոշման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է միայն նա», - նշել էին Նիկոլյանին։
Ֆրանսահայ լրագրողը հայտարարել էր, թե դեսպանն է արգելել հյուպատոսին այցելել իրեն՝ աղմուկ չբարձրացնելու նպատակով։
Նիկոլյանը հանդես է գալիս գործող իշխանությունների դեմ ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից, նշում, որ վերջիններս պայմանավորվածություններ ունեն ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հետ և օգտվելով նրա՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացի չլինելու հանգամանքից, գործող իշխանությունները ոչ միայն արգելել էին Նիկոլյանի մուտքը, այլև ամեն ինչ արել մինչև վերջ՝ վտանգ ստեղծելով նրա կյանքի և առողջության համար՝ թույլ չտալով մուտք գործել Հայաստանի տարածք։
Ըստ էության փաշինյանական իշխանության այս վարքը ցույց է տալիս սփյուռքահայերի նկատմամբ գործող վարչախմբի վերաբերմունքը։
