Բագրատ Սրբազանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել՝ ընդդեմ իշխանական լրագրողի

Բագրատ Սրբազանը դատի է տվել իրեն զրպարտած իշխանական լրագրողին։ Մասնավորապես, Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանը հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ ընդդեմ իշխանական քարոզիչ «Սիվիկ» լրատվականի լրագրող Դավիթ Լևոնյանի և ՔՊ կուսակցությանը՝ «Civic.am»-ին՝ պահանջելով հերքել զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տվյալները։ «Դատալեքս» դատական-տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկանում ենք, որ հայցը դատարան մուտք է եղել մայիսի 24-ին և մայիսի 27-ին մակագրվել Երևանի քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Աննա Շիլաջյանին։
Ներկայացված հայցադիմումով Բագրատ Սրբազանը պահանջում է դատարանից՝ պարտավորեցնել Դավիթ Լևոնյանին և «ՔՊ» կուսակցությանը՝ «Civic.am»-ին հրապարակայնորեն՝ նույն եղանակով, ինչ տարածվել է զրպարտությունը, այն է՝ Դավիթ Լևոնյանի դեպքում վերջինիս ֆեյսբուքյան էջում և նույնանուն յութուբյան ալիքում, ՔՊ կուսակցության դեպքում՝ Civic.news յութուբյան ալիքում՝ հերքել հայցվորի վերաբերյալ հրապարակված հետևյալ զրպարտություն համարվող փաստացի տվյալները «զբաղվում է հայրենավաճառությամբ, փորձում է Հայաստանը ներքաշել պատերազմի մեջ, դրա փոխարեն Կրեմլից ստանում է միլիոնավոր դոլլարներ, սնանկացման է հասցրել, գումարներ է վատնել, միգուցե և անձնական հաճույքների համար օգտագործել, փորձել է գահընկեց անել Գարեգին Բ-ին, ԿԳԲ-ի գորխակալ է, պատերազմ է հրահրում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին, փորձում է իրականացնել հեղաշրջում, հրաման է ստացել ԿԳԲ-ից, առաջ է շարժում ռուս-ադրբեջանական շահերը, եկեղեցին դարձրել է բիզնեսի միջոց»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Բագրատ Սրբազանի հասցեին իշխանական քարոզիչների կողմից արված հայտարարությունների առնչությամբ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ևս ներկայացվել է։ Մասնավորապես, ապրիլի 29-ին «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժումը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով 24 ժամվա ընթացքում կա՛մ քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնել և պատասխանատվության կանչել Բագրատ Սրբազանին, կա՛մ սուտ մատնության համար պատասխանատվության կանչել իշխանական «Սիվիկ նյուզ» լրատվականի լրագրողին։ Վերջինս փաստազուրկ մեղադրանքներ ու զրպարտանքներ է հնչեցրել սրբազանի հասցեին՝ մեղադրելով նրան իբրև թե «ռուսական ԿԳԲ-ի գործակալ լինելու, «Կրեմլից» միլիոնավոր դոլարներ ստանալու, հայ-ադրբեջանական պատերազմ հրահրելու» մեջ։
