Դատական ապտակ՝ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմքին
ANALYSIS
Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը երեկ մեղավոր է ճանաչել ոստիկանության զորքերի նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Երանոսյանին, դատապարտել 4 տարվա բանտարկության, սակայն ազատել պատժից՝ համաներման և վաղեմության ժամկետի հիմքով։
Նախկին բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանը մեղադրվում էր 2018 թվականի ապրիլին, այսպես կոչված հեղափոխության օրերին ցուցարարների նկատմամբ լուսաձայնային նռնակներ կիրառելու մեջ։ Գործող վարչախմբին և նրա քննչական մարմիններին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվել հստակ ապացույցներ ներկայացնել նախկին փոխոստիկանապետի դեմ։ Ըստ էության հարկադրված են եղել համաներում հայտարարել, ավելին ըստ իրավապահ մարմինների մեր աղբյուրների՝ դատախազությունն առանձնապես հակված չէ բողոքարկել դատարանի վճիռը։
Ըստ էության թե՛ Լևոն Երանոսյանի և թե՛ նախկին իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների դեմ հարուցված գործերը վկայում են դրանց սնանկությունը, ինչպես նաև փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դիլետանտությունը, երբ նույնիսկ մեկ հասարակ գործ ի վիճակի չեն լինում կարել քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների դեմ։
Ի վերջո բոլոր քրեական գործերը դատարաններում փլուզվում են, թե՛ փաստաբանների բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի շնորհիվ, և թե՛ շատ դեպքերում իրավապահ մարմիններում աշխատող տարբեր անձինք չեն ցանակնում մտնել լուրջ ապօրինությունների տակ և կատարել գործող վարչախմբի հրահանգները։ Իսկ նման ձախողումներով փաշինյանական վարչախումբն ինքը փորում է սեփական փոսը, երբ տարիներ շարունակ մարդկանց համոզել են, որ նախկինները «քխ» են, թալանչի են, հարստահարող են և 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից 6 տարի անց դեռևս չեն կարողանում որևէ մեկին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել իրավական կարգով։
