Գեղարքունիքի մարզից ռուս սահմանապահ զորքերը դուրս են եկել 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան դեպքերի նույն օրը` մի քանի ժամ առաջ: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանը:
«Դրանից հետո նրանք եղել են Վերին Շորժայի հատվածում, փորձել են որևէ գործողություն կազմակերպել, նկատի ունեմ հանդիպում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հետ, և ռմբակոծության տակ են ընկել: Մամուլում շրջանառվել է այդ նյութը, բոլորդ տեսել եք, որ ռուսական մեքենաները ևս ռմբակոծվել են»,- ասաց մարզպետը՝ նշելով, որ ռուս սահմանապահները եղել են Սոթքի հատվածում:
Անդրադառնալով մարզում սահմանազատմանը՝ նա նշեց. «Եթե սահմանազատում պետք է իրականացվի Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, ուրեմն պետք է իրականացվի: Դուք բոլորդ տեղյակ եք, որ 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան դեպքերի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը ներխուժել են ՀՀ տարածք, և հարձակում է եղել մեր մարզի սահմանին հարող 12 բնակավայրերի վրա, և դրա արդյունքում մի շարք հատվածներում իրենք գտնվում են ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքում, և սահմանազատման արդյունքում իրենք հետ կգնան իրեն ելման դիրքեր, և ՀՀ այն բնակավայրերը, որոնք այսօր ուղիղ թիրախավորված են այդ ուժերի կողմից, արդեն իսկ կլինեն ապահով, անվտանգ»,- ասաց Կարեն Սարգսյանը:
