Հունիսի 1-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 1.40-ին, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ շտապօգնության խումբը Գրիբոյեդով գյուղի Բաղրամյան փողոցի տներից մեկից կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի թափանցող կտրած-ծակած վերքերով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխել նույն տան բնակիչ 55-ամյա տղամարդու:

Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մայիսի 31-ի ժամը 23.30-ի սահմաններում Բաղրամյան փողոցի վերոհիշյալ տան բակում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 55-ամյա տղամարդուն դանակահարել է 43-ամյա համագյուղացին: Նա գյուղի Շիրազի փողոցում հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին, որտեղ բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում խոստովանել է արարքը:
43-ամյա տղամարդը և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին: Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում նա հաղորդում է տվել, որ կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ 55-ամյա համագյուղացին հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել իր և ծնողների հասցեին ու ծեծի ենթարկել իրեն՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
